I understand getting ignored when the store is busy, but there is no excuse for why we weren't greeted or asked if we needed assistance. Overall, cute store! Back to the sizes, We ended up having to 6 different stores to get sizes we needed. 5. Returns - one of the items ripped in one day. I brought back 4 day later with receipt. That store didn't have the size, and sent me to another store. The other store gave me beef about the return because I didn't have the tag, but I had the receipt. Also I needed to exchange one dress. And guess what, I had to go to another store to get that size. AND the dress had gone on sale, but they told me I couldn't have a price adjustment, and it had been less than a week. During the call, she clearly explained the situation and specifically asked whether she could return the items in person rather than mailing them. She was told that an in-person return was possible. So she returned them in even received an online return receipt. Based on that information, we reasonably believed the matter had been resolved. We later learned that returns for TikTok Shop purchases could not be processed in person. As a result, we are now out the money and feel that we were given inaccurate information. This situation could have been avoided if the return policy had been explained correctly from the beginning. If in-person returns are not available for TikTok Shop purchases, customers should be told that clearly and consistently. The incorrect information wasted our time, caused unnecessary frustration, and resulted in a financial loss. We urge the company to ensure that its staff are properly informed about the return process and that customers receive accurate guidance before making decisions about their purchases. Update: Customer service made it right and helped us get our refund.

We assured the space was left much better than when we arrived. I tried to call in order to have a reasonable discussion about this but my family has been blocked from her communications. This is about professional accountability. We are officially asking the owner to issue a valid check to my sister for her cleaning deposit... this is not harassment.
