I think what was lacking (upon first impression) is background music! Christmas music would've been great, having come here for the first time in the first week of December. Some clothing pieces had no tag/price on it, so I had to ask the gal what price it was. She looked at it and looked up the price and told me. All the same pieces had no price. Another piece of clothing had a green dot on the tag and asked what the green dot was for, and it was from the Black Friday sale that finished last week - and the gal mentioned it needed to be taken off. I saw a yellow/mustard cardigan with stars towards the bottom, but also noticed a huge hole on the left bottom of the cardigan. But, over the course of the years it stated to become more marketed. New styles are introduced weekly not making it so unique anymore. My last purchase was on sale. The leather has a very plastic feel to it all around. It's making me wonderful if it was a bag with quality control issues. I can't even return it. It's hit or miss now and overpriced. I want the Artisans to be paid fairly but I just don't like the bag styles now and the overall direction of the company.
