I understand getting ignored when the store is busy, but there is no excuse for why we weren't greeted or asked if we needed assistance. Overall, cute store! That store didn't have the size, and sent me to another store. The other store gave me beef about the return because I didn't have the tag, but I had the receipt. Also I needed to exchange one dress. And guess what, I had to go to another store to get that size. AND the dress had gone on sale, but they told me I couldn't have a price adjustment, and it had been less than a week. They were friendly to greet us when we came in, they helped pick out clothes that I might have liked, and they were overall very friendly and were willing put in their input on the outfits that I chose. This company and its owner has refused to refund the cleaning deposit we gave her ... she accused us of "leaving the facility in disarray and dirty". We assured the space was left much better than when we arrived. I tried to call in order to have a reasonable discussion about this but my family has been blocked from her communications. This is about professional accountability. We are officially asking the owner to issue a valid check to my sister for her cleaning deposit... this is not harassment. When I asked for proof that the photos were taken during the inspection following my rental, none was provided. Some of the images didn't even reflect items we left behind. It's frustrating to be held responsible without clear evidence, especially when communication throughout the process was inconsistent and delayed. Additionally, several of the tables were in poor condition and not fully usable. If you do choose to book, I strongly suggest documenting everything before and after your event to protect yourself. She is a SCAM.
