I had a dog tag made for my doggo and that was very interesting to watch them make it on a really old authentic machine. This time I came in to find some cold weather gear because I'm heading out on a backpacking trip and didn't want to freeze out in the cold. They actually have an excellent selection of thermals and polypro head to toe. I got geared up and also got some waterproof gore-tex to keep dry. Staff was chit-chatting to themselves, while other employees were just doing the robotic restocking of items, and not making any eye contact with any customers at all. I even took the time to sit and try on a pair of shoes, and no one came up to ask if I needed help or were looking for a pair in another size.
