This place went from my number 1 place to never again will I shop there. We went in and purchased a glass product. Got it home and noticed in the light that there was holes in it. Took it back not 15 minutes later. We were told basically sucks to be you. No discount or replacement nothing but a please leave. Apparently they do not check their products and if they are faulty that isn't their issue. The employees could not care less. Not the experience we are accustomed to from this store. But it was horrible enough to never want to shop there again. read more

Was just in there today handed her my passport and I turned around and grabbed it and she flipped me off for no apparent reason good thing my friend was behind me and called her out you just flipped off my friend her name is Emma . Hands down the worst vape shop I have ever been to. They have things marked as priced with a price tag and then they tell you that individually priced I got charged 60 bucks for five atomizers when you can get a hundred online for $20 so they screwed me over pretty hard and wouldn't take it back when I got to the parking lot and walked right back in the store. Been going here for months. I came in this morning and bought one of their discounted ezee 5ks and it died after the second hit.. I came back in to trade it in and was just told that discounted products can't be returned. I was upset and the workers' response was to laugh behind my back. Won't be back. Annoying and over zealous with the Covid bullshit. Could NOT even shop without being babysat by the Covid police in there. I was following safety guidelines and cautions wearing my mask and bought a puff bar. I then continued to look throughout the store wanting to purchase more stuff, and give them my business. As I'm eating an apple, one of the employees wants to ask me to pull my mask above my nose ? Sure lady, I'm eating an apple? Then I'm in my own space away from anyone, and she comes at me again with the mask bullshit. Fucking Christ, can I BUY some shit & use my HARD earned money AT YOUR BLOODY STORE without you pressing my ass about a god dam mask over my nose. HUGE selection of glass pieces! They also have a wide variety from typical everyday use to something that will definitely start up a conversation. I come here for vape juice as well. They usually have the best deals in town. And if you're lucky, they'll have a cute tiny puppy that is very friendly. So if I have this right, huge selection, great deals, and even a cute dog.
