The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, which is not always a given at this scale. What stood out immediately was the staff presence on the floor. Employees were actually visible, this is not something you can take for granted at other Hobby Lobby locations, so it was a welcome surprise. Plenty of seasonal items and home decor to browse through, easily one of the stronger selections I have seen. If you are into jewelry supplies however, temper your expectations. The selection there did not match the overall scale of the store and left something to be desired. Now the part that will cost them a star. For a store this size on a busy morning, three cashier lanes open is simply not enough. And if you have a return or exchange, there is only one dedicated lane for that, which turns what should be a quick and simple transaction into a longer wait than it needs to be. Plan your visit with that in mind and avoid peak hours if you can. Four stars because the store itself genuinely delivers. But the checkout operation needs to catch up with the rest of the experience.

We had so much fun walking around and letting our kids pick out their own crystals. One of the workers answered all of my toddler's "what's that?" Questions and walked around the store with them showing them all of the cool things in the store. The best part was how excited the worker was about everything and showing that it really was something he seemed passionate about, which made it even more interesting. If you get a text receipt, it has pictures of the type of items you purchased which was really cool if you have a bad memory and buy a bunch of stones. I especially loved that they had a variety of easy, affordable items spread throughout the shop, such as gumball machines for different cards or 3 for $10 deals.
