Big Store, big potential, just watch the checkout line This Hobby Lobby location is massive, and they use the space well. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, which is not always a given at this scale. What stood out immediately was the staff presence on the floor. Employees were actually visible, this is not something you can take for granted at other Hobby Lobby locations, so it was a welcome surprise. Plenty of seasonal items and home decor to browse through, easily one of the stronger selections I have seen. If you are into jewelry supplies however, temper your expectations. The selection there did not match the overall scale of the store and left something to be desired. Now the part that will cost them a star. For a store this size on a busy morning, three cashier lanes open is simply not enough. And if you have a return or exchange, there is only one dedicated lane for that, which turns what should be a quick and simple transaction into a longer wait than it needs to be. Plan your visit with that in mind and avoid peak hours if you can. Four stars because the store itself genuinely delivers. But the checkout operation needs to catch up with the rest of the experience. read more

We go here first when we need seasonal or holiday outdoor and indoor decor. They always seem to have sales that give us choices that are not too expensive. They also have a wide selection of materials, and craft tools and supplies. It's a BIG store with lots of stock on hand. We also get our framing needs met here at competitive pricing. We had never been to a Hobby Lobby until we moved here and needed home decor. Just don't go on the day after Thanksgiving. read more

This place makes me want to be crafty while also reminding me that I am 100% not a DIYer. I am not a crafty person but this place always tries to convince me otherwise! Luckily today I was able to maintain my purchases to needs only (mostly). I don't love how many people are in the store at a time and that it makes social distancing difficult, even during the slow hours. This store always has great sales and many employees to lend a helping hand should you need it! I was really impressed by how well stocked it was, as well. Fair warning, it can be hard to find what you're looking for in the store, but feel free to ask for help from the awesome workers! For example, a chalkboard I was looking for was not in the chalkboard section, it was in the furniture section. I could've bought out the whole store given the chance! I was so excited to receive my new furniture. Unfortunately when I opened the box of the table, it was totally broken and un useable. One of the cabinets is also damaged, but I figured I could live with that. I returned the table to the store in Spanish Fork Utah and was told that I would have to ship it back to you myself. The manager and staff there were completely unhelpful and just kept telling me to call the 800 number. That is unacceptable, besides the fact that you aren't available on weekends or evenings. Worst customer service ever. It's not like I'm returning it because I changed my mind. It is broken. I feel like the breach of contract was on your end, and you ( Hobby Lobby) should be doing whatever you can to make it right. Now I have to try to figure out how to package this broken table back up and I have to shp it to you so that you can trash it. This is a big heavy box that I can't lift alone, so now I have to find someone to help me with it and inconvenience them. How is it that all of the burden of replacing your poor quality merchandise is my responsibility? There was actually a model of the table in the store, and I would have been perfectly happy taking that in exchange, but they were unwilling to do that for me. I purchased these items online because you can't buy furniture in the store or ever find anyone to help you. I figured the shipping price was worth it for the convenience. Now I'm stuck with all of the hassle and inconvenience of correcting something that isn't my fault. If I can't replace this table, the other two pieces are worthless to me as well, as they were meant to be a matched set. read more

This Hobby Lobby is massive! I love the deals that they always have going. The very best time of year to come in is around the holidays because this is a one stop shopping experience for all your Christmas decorations! As far as typical art supplies are concerned, they aren't lacking at all! They have everything from paints to jewelry making supplies to glitter, with tons of options for them and everything in between. The associated aren't always the most helpful, but if you ask for help, I've never had a bad experience. They just seem to be tough to find on the floor. read more

I have been shopping at Hobby Lobby since I moved to OKC in 1981. I was so happy to see they have opened store in Utah. Love the store! They have a wide selection of everything! I especially love their brand of yarn. Great quality, great selection, and great price. Joanns and Michael's have good selections of some things, but Hobby Lobby has it all. read more

I actually really like Hobby Lobby, it's my favorite place to stop into when I have a few minutes to kill but I was really disappointed with my last experience. I took in an original painting to have it framed. To start with the customer service in the framing department was terrible! The guy acted like he was annoyed with me being there. Barely talked to me as he "helped" choose a frame. I received similar treatment from a different employee when I picked up my painting. When I got home I unwrapped my painting and noticed some while spots on it. Now this was an acrylic painting and had been finished for two weeks, it wasn't wet. But as I looked at these spots it was paper that was stuck on the paint. This was a textured painting that had thick spot that popped up off the canvas. All of these raised places had been smashed flat and had paper stuck to them. In addition, around the edge of the frame there were bits of white paper sticking out from under the frame onto the painting! Custom framing is not cheap, these "professional" framers should know how to treat an original piece. I won't be taking a piece there ever again for framing. read more

LOVE this store. They are amazing staff too. They helped me with a complicated return (I felt bad) but they did the best and made it work out for me. Im so grateful. They help with suggestions for my projects and things I need and point me in the right direction. I am not a creative person so they've been a very delightful bunch to work with the past 7 months of me going back and forth to hobby lobby trying to make my projects work! I can always find what I need here (or online) and it's the same! I absolutely love that they always have a sale going on. The staff could help a little more with knowing where things are. I've found myself a couple times finding an employee that doesn't know where something is and nothing is more frustrating than going through the WHOLE store to find one thing. I hate calling stores to see if they have a certain product because I've had really bad customer service on the phone but this hobby lobby was amazing! When they answered they asked me what department I wanted to be transferred to and I had no idea so I assumed the tissue Pom-poms I was looking for would be in crafts so I had them transfer me back there. I didn't get the woman's name that helped me but she was fantastic! Turns out that the Pom-poms are in party so instead of transferring me to someone else she went and checked for me only to find out that the brand I was looking for was in floral so she put me on hold to go check there for me. They did end up having them but before I could have them hold them for me my call dropped. I called back immediately and she was the one who answered and we got everything I needed. It was the best customer service I've ever had on the phone! This hobby lobby is the one to go to! read more
