We found Orem floral on Yelp went over there just made it in the neck of time right as they were closing (sorry) We wanted something big and beautiful. for the graduation and the ladies were super kind they went over multiple options with us and then we just picked some colors and had them make something. They stayed after hours and got it done which is very important to us because the graduation was early in the morning the following day as you can see in the picture they made something awesome for her and at a very reasonable price I can't thank you guys enough. The floral arrangements were really nice, once we realized we were missing them and had to call Orem Floral asking where they were which was half way through the funeral service. They wrote the wrong name on the order (my name) while talking with the funeral home. I gave them my name for the order and told them the name of the deceased and saw them right that down on the order and informed us they would deliver it to the Funeral home. For paying over $300 and not having them for the funeral because the names were mixed up is not professional and they wouldn't even consider a discount or way to help. WOW... read more

I went in to get a bouquet for a friend. The employees were very nice and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted to get so she asked me my price range, and colors I wanted. We agreed that a bouquet of bright colors sounded like a good plan. When she handed me the bouquet, she wiped the wrapping paper with a disinfecting wipe which faded some of the color and immediately asked if I wanted her to wrap it again (I said no). My friend got three bouquets that night (because she was in a musical). She told me that my bouquet was her favorite; maybe she said that for other reasons, but I think that she meant it because I thought that it was a wonderfully put together bouquet. read more

Orem floral employees believe they are better than everyone else. We ordered a corsage for a dance several months ago and it fell apart. Wanting to give them another chance, we went to the store and they told us they just couldn't take one more order. Seriously? The employee was rude and condescending and told my wife, super sarcastically, to "have a nice day" when she walked out. Mistakes happen but a business is tested on how they handle mistakes and rarely do what makes the situation right, in the best way possible. My friend and I ordered a plant for a mutual friend's mother's funeral. The family didnt get the plant, or something happened, so the result was that the plant didnt make it to the visitation or funeral. I called Orem Floral who had documented that the plan was delivered; instead of offfering a lot of excuses, or giving me a refund, they offered to send my friend flowers on the month anniversary of her mom's death. "What matters to us is that your friend gets the sentiment that was sent with the plant you ordered, not what happened to the plant we delivered". Rare attitude and if I lived locally, I would use this shop as much as I could! read more

My sweet husband brings me beautiful Gerbera Daisies from Orem Floral every now and then. I love them. They are always wrapped up so beautiful and the flowers last a long time. I teach at a school for adults with autism spectrum disorders, and we needed flowers at the last minute to congratulate the actors in our school's semi-annual drama production. I wandered onto the site for Orem Floral and Gift and found that, they too, have the EXACT same thing pictured, but at a much higher price. I would love to work with a warm body instead of a virtual robot any day, but after asking the proprietor of this shop if she was willing to compete, she gave me a very dismissive, "The prices on the web site are just the prices." I ordered a bouquet of flowers and added on a $10 box of chocolates from here to be delivered to my sister, once they delivered the flowers I had asked my sister if she got the chocolates, which she hadn't. I called the store and the woman was very rude which I thought was strange considering I had just spent $70 at the store and thought she would be a little more apologetic about it. She put me on hold to call the delivery person, after she got back on the phone she said he had forgotten to give my sister the chocolates but would drop them back off, I did not get one apology or sorry or anything. I probably wouldn't have thought this was a big deal and would've continued to use this company whenever I got flowers for my sister, but after spending that much money on a flowers and some chocolates the LEAST they could have done was apologize or at least been a LITTLE nice.
