Their prices are also very reasonable and hard to beat. I had told him what I needed and wow did they deliver. I picked up the arrangement and it exceeded my expectations. My wife was very clear about what she wanted for her flower crown, and thankfully we decided to go in for a test run because it was not what she had asked for at all. They had to completely redo it. When it came time for the wedding, she clarified once again what she wanted, and luckily she did, because they were about to make it wrong again. In the end, they did get it right, but it took a lot of us staying on top of them to make sure it happened. I also gave them specific instructions for my boutonnieres. I requested that they include feathers from certain birds that I hunt, and I personally supplied the feathers. Even after showing them in person exactly what I wanted, they still did them incorrectly. On top of that, I asked if there were any leftover feathers to please save them so I could pick them up afterward. They never let us know if there were extras, and I believe they were simply thrown away. The bouquets and corsages were fine, but overall we were disappointed with the customer service and the lack of attention to the specific instructions we gave. For something as important and personal as wedding flowers, we expected better communication and better listening. Unfortunately, I would not recommend bringing my business here.
