I only have a couple of experiences here, but they were both awesome! First, I came to get rose petals to help a friend propose, and they did an excellent job being quick, friendly, and had an awesome presentation for them. Second, I went to get a pink rose for a lady friend. They were concerned because they only had one pink rose in the back, but when they came out with the rose it was like the PERFECT looking rose. I have nothing to compare this place to, but I have a hard time imagining a much better experience with a flower shop. read more

I've used Flower Patch in general quite a bit, and this time I ordered 24 red roses for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Provo Flower Patch really came thru! The flowers are beautiful, they were delivered exactly as I asked (on a Saturday) and promptly on time, and the quality is superb. Well, they delivered a day late and missed the funeral. Very upsetting as this family is extremely close to us. read more

My fiancé bought me a beautiful flower arrangement from The Flower Patch in Provo for Valentines Day and spent a lot of money. It consisted of Roses, Stargazer Lillys, and other various flowers and greenery. He ordered red roses but instead got pink. Not too much of a hang up but still frustrating for him when he didn't receive what he paid for. On Valentines Day when he gave it to me, it was beautiful but none of the rose buds or Lillys had bloomed. That's fine because usually they do bloom within a few days. The flowers never, ever bloomed and within a day, the tips of the Lillys were brown. Within three days everything was wilted but the greenery. There was plenty of water and we took care of them but they were already doomed before we received them. We threw them out before the week was over. I had always heard good things about the Flower Patch and so before Valentines Day, I scheduled a wedding consultation for a week after Valentines Day. When I went in for the consultation, the customer service was awesome and I really enjoyed talking to the girl. And that's the only reason why I am giving them two stars instead of one. When I started looking at all of the flowers though, the ones behind the glass were all starting to brown and looked wilted. Needless to say, I did not go with the Flower Patch because their flower care is horrendous. I would highly not recommend them because you're going to end up with dead flowers right off the bat. I ended up having Wright Flower Company in Springville do my wedding and their flowers and arrangements were absolutely stunning. My bouquet lasted three weeks in water afterwards and was cheaper than Flower Patch. read more

I do not recommend using this florist for your wedding. I used them for mine and it was one thing after another that went Wrong with my florist needs. First, I was really disappointed when I saw my first bouquet for my bridal session. It was nothing like I had explicitly explained I wanted it to look like. Of course, I don't expect anyone to be mind readers, but they really dropped the ball on several details I explained I did or did not want in my bouquet and had put in writing.. like I said I wanted only shades of pink flowers no darker than a lipstick hot pink, they put a shade of carnation that looks next to Red! I did not want Red in my bouquet. Although I was disappointed that it was nothing I had imagined, I said oh well and went on with my bridal photos. Then my wedding day came and my mother picked up my bouquet as I was getting ready. Apparently the vase they put the bouquet in was hot pink and some of the flower water was on the outside and the pink from the vase came off with the water??? And it stained my mother's dress (which she had to wear for pictures), her hands, and the ribbon hanging from my bouquet a magenta color and she couldn't get it off of any of these. The florist just said sorry and that never has happened before and they'd send someone to fix the ribbon. I had to call back a week later and they finally comped the delivery fee to the temple for our trouble with the vase, which got refunded to my mother in law because she offered to pay for the florist arrangements. I asked if it could be refunded any other way since it was my mom's dress and not my mother in law's that got stained and they said no and I'd just have to ask for my mother in law to send me the money back. Like I was about to do that after she paid for our $500 flowers!! So the ribbon had gotten stained and they sent a girl from the florist shop after our temple sealing ceremony and the sweet girl was very nice but I don't think she knew what she was doing.. she delayed our temple exit quite a while and people kept coming in as they were waiting for us to exit because they thought something else must be wrong since it was taking so long to replace a simple ribbon.. My wedding day bouquet was honestly hideous. I was appalled when I saw it and it made my stress so much worse on an already stressful days. While the bridals bouquet did not look like I had wanted it to, at least it wasn't hideous but, oh wow, was my wedding day bouquet. It was completely lopsided with flowers on only one side of the bouquet and half of the branches of a couple of accents to the flowers were broken and completely slanted! You know how bouquets have a circular shape? The bridals bouquet followed that shape but the lopsided branches made my wedding day bouquet look ridiculous. So it looked like someone had sat on it and broken it or something! And let me repeat, this was all on my already stressful wedding day. I nearly cried driving to the temple because I absolutely LOVE flowers and it was really important to me that they were perfect. Well they weren't and the day has come and gone and I've learned my lesson to look into a florist before trusting them to do something right. Why didn't I say anything at the time, you ask? If you have ever been a bride or been the mother of a bride you know there is no time for anything to go wrong or to fit anything in besides what's already on your schedule that day: get ready, pick up flowers, drive to venue, get married, take pictures, go to reception, etc. There's no time to fight with your florist to remake you a brand new bouquet because yours sucks. And I even had a small wedding with no bridesmaids/groomsmen or anything. All I wanted was beautiful flowers on my wedding day. I gave 2 stars because I did get flower girl bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages and those were fine and didn't have issues. I'm sure they're fine to pick up a bouquet on Valentine's Day but don't do your wedding here. read more

I usually buy flowers. The first thing I saw in this shop was very few flowers and they are over priced. I ordered an 80$ flower, the lady there just cut the bountiful tall flowers into small pieces without any decoration and put them together. I saw it is not good so added another 20$ to make it better, still terrible, and another 20$ again nothing. No matter how much you pay it wont become good. I saw in other stores, how with a few flowers they make a wonderful patch. But here they can only do those you see in their catalog online if it is not there they can't do it, so don't waste your time and money. read more

We ordered flowers for Mother's Day. After several promptings, we finally received photos of the arrangement. We were very dissapointed in what was delivered. The arrangement was not proportional, the colors were all wrong (two light pink roses and white carnations in an orange vase), and worst of all, the manager seemed unsympathic to our concerns. She cut me off as I voiced my concern, she said, "Thank you for your feedback!" then hung up on me. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I'm more than a little disappointed with my service from the Flower Patch. I purchased flowers for my wife this Valentine's Day, but the delivery came an hour earlier than the 4 hour window I signed up for. I wasn't home, and they left the flowers with my neighbor. Luckily my neighbors are good people, but that is not a guarantee. In other places I have lived, neighbors would definitely accept the flowers just to dump them in the trash. I still haven't seen my flowers yet because my neighbors are no longer home now that I've found the note, and I'm not happy about it. After spending $150 on flowers I expect some professionalism. I didn't receive it. I might still use Flower Patch again, depending on how the flowers look, but I definitely won't be using the delivery service. read more
