However, we picked up the arrangement the day before the funeral and the flowers were already getting brown and starting to wilt. The day after the funeral the whole arrangement was expiring. When you pay $200 for a flower arrangement you expect the flowers to last closer to a week. read more

They helped me pick mylar balloons to match a cute, plush toy. I asked for a picture of the finished product, they only sent the web pic of the toy (my request may have been misunderstood). Amazing service! A few weeks back, I ordered two bouquets on Friday, one for my girlfriend and one for my mom (for mother's day). I gave the first bouquet to my girlfriend on Saturday, and the second to my mom's bouquet on Sunday. By the time sunday had come around, my girlfriend's arrangement had totally wilted. We were baffled, the roses had totally died as had many of the filler flowers in a little over 24 hours. I took pictures and sent them to Campus Floral, explaining the situation. They were not only understanding about it, but extremely accommodating. I wasn't able to come in to get a free replacement for weeks after the situation, and after following up again before coming in, I was assured that they'd be happy to replace the entire arrangement at my convenience...weeks later! The florist (Lauren?) did an amazing, extremely thorough arrangement, and the flowers have lasted like champs. Very grateful for their stellar customer service; will order from again. read more

I went here first I'd because I wanted to support BYU's floral business. Coming from out of town I ordered online some bday flowers. The photos online was were I selected the Flowers from. What we received by my birthday girl was a poor version If what I selected online. Although once I called they quickly offered to replace and did in fact sent a new arrangement they represented a better Version of what I had selected online... the first impression for my birthday girl was ruined that is something they cannot fix and on top of that the flowers does very fast, by the next day several flowers were dead... overall a disappointing experience and a high cost paid for these flowers. I will not use them again. Sorry BYU I love the school but not the campus floral. read more

Short version: Unprofessional, low quality, dishonest. Corrine, the manager, will promise the world to get your business, but won't follow through to ensure her promise is fulfilled. Once you've paid, she doesn't care. And don't pay for a deluxe arrangement, because it might end up with less quality than should be acceptable for standard. Also a quick search of names on Facebook show that a good number of the five star reviews on Google are Campus Floral employees. Long version: I had an order that I wanted to do through an online vendor that uses Campus Floral as the local florist that makes the arrangement. I would've done it through Campus Floral from the beginning, but I had a 25% off coupon for the other website that made it so I could order the "deluxe" version of the same arrangement for the price of the standard version at CF. Campus Floral called me after they received the order and practically begged me to just order it directly through them. They told me that they had already refused the order from the website, because the online vendor would take a cut of what I paid. The person telling me all of this was the manager, Corrinne. She personally promised that if I ordered it through them she would make sure that I would be satisfied and that I would get the arrangement quality that I was wanting. She tried to make it seem like she was helping me by telling me this information. I knew she was just wanting her shop to get the whole payment. I gave in and said that I would order it through them. So, I went through the trouble of calling the website, cancelling my order, and reordering though CF (specifically talking with Corrinne, again). What a joke. I showed up to pick up my bouqet a whole hour after my arranged time because I knew that Valentine's day is very busy for them. I told the employee at the counter what I was hear to pick up. She said "Just a moment" and went to the back. A good 5 minutes later, she emerges with my bouqet. I quickly grabbed it and left because there were multiple people waiting to be helped. When I arrived home, I looked at it, and it was horrible. There were many less flowers than in the photo, the Daisies looked like they had been stepped on. The lilies were falling apart, and all of the roses we're all thrown on one side! There was no way anyone had tried to make this look presentable! Some of the stems were so much longer than others that some roses we're unseen due to being covered while another rose was a full 8 inches above the rest of the arrangement. And I had ordered the "DELUXE" (defined by their website as more blooms than pictured and higher quality flowers) version of that bouqet. It didn't look even a tenth as good as the picture. Obviously, they hadn't finished my order and that employee had spent that 5 minutes frantically grabbing the flowers and throwing them in the vase. Since it was Valentine's day, I would have forgiven this if (1) I had ordered a "standard" version, (2) they hadn't begged for my order, and (3) I hadn't been given a personal promise from the manager that my order would be taken care of. I was EMBARRASSED to give the flowers to my fiance, who was very grateful that I had even thought to get them for her. Luckily, the flowers were only a side to the main gift. I always have had a great experience ordering flowers from this shop. Great customer service and amazing custom orders. Rather than ordering a specific a picture I have learned that giving the florist the freedom to make something within my price range is a better option because they know which flowers are in season and look the best.
