Their prices are also very reasonable and hard to beat. I had told him what I needed and wow did they deliver. I picked up the arrangement and it exceeded my expectations. They made the boutonniere we ordered the wrong color and because we didn't complain that day (because my daughter did pick up and was in a rush to the dance) they did no compensation, store, credit or refund. Basically said too bad. Is was a $30 boutonnière that was super basic and nothing special and the complete wrong color. I would not waste my time going here. I have been using them for almost ten years now. I have used multiple different services. Online and stores. They are by far the most consistently long lasting flowers. Every so often they don't last as long. But 9/10 times they last longer than any other place I've used. The selection always is what I'm looking for. Had the best experience with Holly at this cute hole in the wall floral shop. Holly 100% saved me on a bouquet for my wedding. I first had a family friend referral make my bridal bouquet out of artificial flowers, and. Long story short, it wasn't done until the night before my bridal photos, I picked it up and it was horrendous and so very ugly. I panic called around to several different shops in the area and Holly was the most on top of helping me solve my issue. I sent her a picture of what I was looking for, she reassured me she would help me with my situation and make something for me. The next morning I picked up by far the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen, and it was also very reasonably priced for the high quality. So impressed with a designers choice bouquet I had delivered to a friend today. It was simply stunning. I couldn't have hand picked something better myself. I am very sad. I've never been yelled at and hang up on. I asked for a $120 arrangement of a dozen white roses with a little greenery and a white wrap for my brothers proposal to his soon-to-be fiancé. When I received the bouquet it was nothing like I described. There are a bunch of yellow coreopsis that grow as weeds. There are only 4 white roses. There is a huge tacky yellow bow. I called and asked for it to be modified, and the male florist sarcastically & rudely told me to buy some at Smiths and hung up on me. I went to Macys grocer close by and and bought 2 dozen roses for $20 total. I wish terribly I had have used a different florist. For my sister's wedding we decided to use Flowers on Main initially because they were more reasonably priced than many of the flower shops we spoke to. We definitely made the right decision. The bridal bouquet was stunning, as were all the boutineers and corsages for the bridal party. The fact that the flowers were beautiful and delivered on time is only a small part of the reason they deserve a five star rating. Two days before the wedding a whole bunch of gerber daisies we ordered online arrived and they were the wrong color, yellow instead of a deep orange. The vendor recognized their mistake, but was unable to get us the right flowers on time so we called up Flowers on Main just 1/2 hour before they closed asking for a miracle. An hour later they came through and were able to secure the flowers we needed and had them delivered the day of the wedding in time to create our center pieces. Flowers on Main went above and beyond. We are so glad we choose them to help us celebrate this special day. read more

I am so sad to be writing a bad review for what was my favorite flower shop. 6 years ago, this shop did my wife's wedding bouquet and did a wonderful job. I came back 6 weeks ago asking them to recreate my wife's bouquet for June 3rd because we were doing a vow renewal. They of course asked for a picture and then proceeded to not even think about my order until the day before our anniversary. I only know that because they called me the day before and told me they did not get the picture. They went on to discuss with me the substitutions they wanted to do because they did not consider what they would need in advance (Including adding a flower that was not in the original bouquet that was a completely unique color). I was not rude or short and simply clarified that I wanted the bouquet to be as close to the original in every way as they could. They still added another flower to the bouquet, they replaced the foliage (the leaves) both without any notification. Beyond this, they did not even make the bouquet a mound which made it have a completely different feel. I am so disappointed :( read more

We ordered flowers for Memorial Day. We were told they would be ready right at 9 a.m. as soon as they opened to pick up so that we could head out on our trip right away. We showed up right at 9 and no one was there. We had to wait 25 minutes for an employee with a key to show up. When he did he didn't even apologize for making us wait. Then they couldn't find my order, instead of taking care of me right away they started helping other employees. They decided to remake my order and promised to make double flowers. WORST EVER!! My sweet husband sends me flowers on our Anniversary every year and EVERY time he has used Flowers on Main the flowers are terrible. Today I just received flowers and they look like weeds. They are bent and mostly dead. I never complain to my husband about them because it will hurt his feeling but this time there is no hiding it. You can't miss the vase of dead flowers on my counter. The last time they charged him for 2 dozen roses and 10 were cheap filler carnations. They are terrible. We called and searched for a great florist for a decent price (seeing as we were only using the bouquet for one day and then flying back to Texas). The other florists quotes were 2-3x the cost of what Flowers on Main charged us. We also didn't give them very much time to complete the order, but they still had it done to PERFECTION in just two days. All of our friends ask us who did our flowers! Beyond thrilled. I got my wedding flowers done by them and over all it was a good experience. It was simple to go in and pick out the flowers I wanted. The only thing was they told me I could have a certain flower and then week before my wedding said sorry that flower not in season. I had to switch it out with different flower, wasn't a huge deal but should have been told when I was ordering. When I received the flowers they were super beautiful. Only down fall is I got a flower crown but it was super tight on my head on my wedding day. I don't think I have a large head either. Almost didn't fit and I wouldn't have been super upset if I could wear it. I wore it but super uncomfortable all day. read more

First, they delivered it on the wrong day, then when I did receive it, it was a completely different lei than what I ordered. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I paid 25 dollars for a wedding flower consultation with Holly. The appointment was rescheduled because they were too busy. No big deal. I went to the rescheduled appointment. It started late but once we got going it seemed promising that she could do what I wanted in my price range. The appointment was on a Friday and she said she would email me a quote by Monday. A few days passed Monday went by and I called and left a message. No one returned my call. I called the next day and asked to talk to Holly. They put me on hold then came back and said she would get back to me when she could. I expressed my concern because my wedding is in a month and I need to get this nailed down. The person on the phone just repeated that she would get back to me when she could. It's been two weeks. Nothing. They are too busy so don't bother going there. I know I never will and my parents who used to go there all the time won't anymore either. read more
