    Sandy Flower Shop created the most beautiful wreath for a memorial service for my in-laws! They were so easy to work with, incorporated the colors I requested, and used a nice variety of flowers. I felt this was a great value for the price I paid compared to other floral arrangements I've ordered online and from other florists. The wreath exceeded my expectations!

    I had orders from them before online and had been very happy. When a dear Friend died unexpectedly I was in charge of ordering a spray for her funeral. I went to the shop in person because I had a very specific idea of what I wanted. Dawn who made the arrangement showed me all the flowers that would be used. Shay the receptionist gave me her personal cell phone number so I could text her the delivery information. When I arrived at the funeral our Flowers were stunning. Much bigger than I could have imagined. They went above and beyond to help me abs they will be the only Florist I use from now on.

    Outstanding flower shop ! I've ordered bouquets from here from time to time for delivery. Friends and family have always happy to receive beautiful arrangements and in awe of how fresh and beautiful they are. Outstanding services and delivery is great. I can either order online or call up the shop for it to be delivered. Will continue to order from here.

    I was surprised when I was sent a picture of my $100. Florist choice design! When I wrote to them with picture, I have yet to hear back at all!

    I was a bit nervous ordering wedding flowers from a shop without many pictures of weddings, but I'm so happy I did. Sam was amazing. My bouquet and my husband's pocket boutonnière were perfection. I had bought my own terrariums for tables and I was more than impressed with how full they were filled and their perfect use of colors. So worth the price they charge!

    After finding out my Aunt had passed, funeral services were scheduled 8 days later - I called to place an order for an easel flower arrangement - My 'ask' was for lavender roses & willow sticks within the arrangement giving it a rustic look - When asked if there's a flower I don't want... I said carnations - I asked if a pic could be sent to me prior to delivery - Even though the arrangement was beautiful... it CLEARLY was NOT even close to what I had ordered given that it had white roses instead of lavender, pink carnations throughout when I specifically asked to eliminate carnations & to boot it had no willow sticks - I was then sent a pic of a lavender rose they had in the shop which is CLEARLY NOT lavender but a mauve/pink color (pffft) - Bottomline, having 1 week notice my 'ask' was not met - I was not able to send an arrangement given that the funeral was now the next day - The only thing the shop did correctly & in a timely manner was issue a refund - I'm 110% highly dissatisfied; not to mention, disappointed

    What was received

    I ordered online. I wish it had some more flowers. But I guess I had to order the premium. This is what you get if you order just regular. Looks nothing like the picture. They should say that.

    I came to SLC from Dallas for my brother in law funeral services. My nephew had already ordered the funeral flowers from Sandy Flower Shop. I wanted to order a couple of baskets from my family also. I walked in the shop, the shop manager, Dawn, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She told me she can fill the orders with what she had in the cooler and was nice enough to let me walk in the cooler. We picked red and purple flowers which were deceased favorite colors and she made the baskets in a couple of hours notice. I walked in the funeral home a few hours later and was truly impressed by what she had done. As an ex flower shop owner, I am pretty critical about flower arrangements, but I was speechless by what I saw. she had done. Beautiful, tasteful and stunning arrangements. I would definitely recommend her. The pictures don't do justice for her artistry and talent.

    Great fresh flowers for my anniversary; helpful staff. Wide selections of ribbons for the vase, many more than most flier shops.

The arrangement was gorgeous and full of beautiful flowers, the lily's filled the room with the prettiest floral smell. I will be ordering all my flowers from this shop from now on, they are friendly, helpful, and creative.

I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.
