Working with this business (for a wedding) has been lackluster at best. We didn't even make it past the initial meeting. We scheduled with them in advance, then when we came, they were surprised we were to there. No one knew who scheduled us. So we waited about twenty minutes for a designer to make herself available. That went pretty good, but the notes she took were never saved anywhere. So when we called in to schedule another time they didn't even know the name and had no history. We set up the next meeting for a Sunday, which they aren't normally open. But we confirmed with them that this was really going to work with them and whoever we spoke with reassured us we were scheduled and they would have someone there for us. Well guess what? No one showed. So I would not advise doing a wedding with these people. They do not have anything together. read more

My family just lost a relative and we decided that because we couldn't make it out to the funeral personally, we would send a floral arrangement. While our presence was not there, we felt that a beautiful arrangement would help our loved ones, and ourselves, through the grieving process. We decided with a $225 arrangement we should be able to get something that would express our feelings. Some in our family felt the arrangement was lack luster and not worth the money we invested into it. I frankly feel like it is chaotic and all over the place. Its also hard to see the details due to the blurry picture sent to us. We feel embarrassed by the fact fact we couldn't make it to the funeral, and now we are even further upset by the fact we overpaid for something that failed to show our loved ones how much we wish we could be there with them through their time of grief. We are truly disappointed by this and hope that no one else experiences the same when it comes time to get sympathy arrangements from here. read more

We choose the rose shop because it was close to our reception and it offered a discount. At our first appointment I was already treated really rude by one of the staff. But our consultant was really nice so I decided to give them another chance. They promised me to send me pictures of the flowers - which I never got. So it was a big surprise on my wedding day. I want to say that the flowers we got were wonderful. I loved the bouquet and everything else. BUT there was a bridesmaids bouquet missing so we had to use my hair flower to make a little bouquet so my sister could have at least some flowers. They did give us the money back. Still my sister got to hold a really small replacement in all the pictures and felt a little left out. And I didn't get to wear flowers in my hair. Conclusion: The flowers are great but it's awful to work with them. We had to check in with them a few times because the receipt was not right and in the end they still messed up. read more

i ordered flowers from flowers from you and they came from The Rose Shop. The flowers were for my mom's funeral. 15 minutes before they were to be delivered, I got a call saying "we're sorry but we can't deliver the flowers in time for the funeral"! When I got there they had delivered the small table top that was correct and a large red and white rose table top that I didn't order. The all white rose standing with a banner (the most important one) is the one they called (again 15 minutes before they were to be delivered) never got delivered. I would not recommend ordering from them for any important event! This was the most important event for me and my family and all they did was add to the stress. read more

Ok, so I thought I had ordered flowers for my mother and Aunt earlier this month to be delivered today. However, when I checked back on them I saw the only flowers I actually ordered online were the ones going out of town. I called the Sandy shop and Jim (an amazing flower arranger there) agreed to quickly get something put together for me. Delivery trucks were full today but I am able to pick them up this afternoon.
