Erin, Thanks for your response however my point of calling was to let you know that DoorDash does not deliver to intended recipients and dumped the item just in the first set of doors. I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. My son went into the Simply Flower Shop in Gardner Village to buy his girlfriend a bouquet of flowers for Valentines Day. The minute he walked into the shop he was not greeted at all, and when he was finally helped, the person that help him reeked of cigarette smoke and was very unpleasant. When they put the card holder into the flowers they broke two lilies. We called the shop and talked to the owner to make them aware of the treatment of our son, the owner was very hostile, and unapologetic. She defended her behavior and denied breaking the flowers and never offered a discount or to replace the flowers. There are many flower shops in the valley, if you want to be treated with hostility and disrespect then this is your flower shop. We won't be going back! read more

This is a must visit shop in Gardner Village, it's by the Chocolate Wagon. It is a floral shop that also sells accent decor and thoughtful gifts. My husband got me flowers for my birthday a few weeks ago and was blown away at how beautiful the flowers were and they smelled SO good! I went to Gardner Village tonight to browse and walk around with my kids. The store happened to be open and has such pretty decor in anticipation for Witchfest and Halloween. HORRIBLE SERVICE, BAD QUALITY - Left $600 funeral arrangement at wrong address. The flowers were not fresh, wilted, not blooming, not comparable exchange. I asked for a "Brother banner" to drape diagonally. The Ribbon was so thin, the wording didn't fit and it was stretched tight. My Father was so upset, my Sister missed most of the service searching for the floral arrangement. My Uncle is a beloved Missionary and the Memorial was high attendance at the Stake Center, address I provided. However, they took the flowers to his ward, being out of town, I don't know that address?! They did not offer a partial refund for any of their mistakes or poor service.
