I don't like having to share this review but I want to forewarn folks to be careful.Sadly, my daughter's husband passed away following a difficult battle with cancer. She arranged the casket spray and two complementary arrangements with very detailed instructions. Checking on the arrangements the day before his funeral, she was devastated to find Flower Patch went completely off script from the instructions and made no attempt to correct it. She spent hundreds for order and purchased additional flowers elsewhere to correct this with not even an apology from the store. All this combined with the loss of her husband and the burden of his funeral. They don't even deserve one star. read more

These guys are GREAT!!! I had flowers delivered to my wife, but found out her work was closing at noon on the day of deliver, so I called and flower patch made a special delivery trip just for her before noon. Also the roses looked Fantastic. I have used other online flower deliveries in the past (fromyouflowers) and they didn't even show up on the day they were supposed too, and gave me very little compensation back. I will defiantly use Flower patch every time in the future. read more

I ordered a $187.00 sympathy arrangement for my Aunt's funeral which was today. The arrangement I ordered from their website was very high-end and expensive looking. What I got from them looked nothing like the picture on their website. The flowers were stuck all around it with minimal design skill and half-hazardly placed. There was a bent/broken carnation , the flowers were not the same height or color as pictured, they shorted me on roses/flowers and added more greenery than the original picture. When I placed my order yesterday, I instructed them to please send me a picture of the arrangement BEFORE it left their shop so I could make sure I liked it. They texted me a picture AFTER it had left their shop, which left me with no options to work with them to correct their mistakes. When I called them first thing this morning, I was put on hold for a long period of time , and a woman named De Ann took my call. She told me someone would call me back to discuss my concerns. I waited several hours before someone called me back to speak to me about it -which was hours later after the funeral. I am a professional full-time floral designer myself, so I have a lot of experience in floral design and can recognize easily how an arrangement is supposed to be constructed. They even admitted on the phone they could see my point. I was embarrassed to have my name associated with their low-end/ mediocre looking arrangement. I showed the pictures to my other family members, and they too, feel that they short-changed me and could see where I would be upset. Flower Patch also admitted to me that someone should have called me to tell me they were going to substitute flowers. Had they done that, this whole problem might have been avoided. All they offered me was a 10% discount. When I countered that offer with something closer to $100 thinking that would be a more than fair resolution, they told me that their offer was "the best they could do." That is laughable considering they took an already stressful situation and made it worse by insulting me with such a paltry discount. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company since they didn't handle this correctly with me. read more

They said it should have been pick up and I should have received an email that it couldn't be delivered , never did. My delivery finally made 3 days after it was suppose to be delivered but they had to make two trips because not the whole order was received the first time. I ordered the floral arrangement with the cute snowman and white accent flowers, which was shown on their ad. I received the arrangement with a substitute snowman head and no accent flowers. I called and told them I was unhappy with my order and they apologized but did nothing to remedy the situation. Completely impressed with ordering through Flower Patch! Great price and service. Our order was kind of last minute but they were so accommodating. They called within 10 minutes of making the purchase online to let me know they didn't have the exact flowers but I was totally okay with it because they helped find something that ended up being better. They confirmed all the info with me as well on the phone. They then sent me a photo to my email with a picture of how it turned out and it was so beautiful! I love that they send the photo because it was really nice to see how it turned out. Then they sent me an email when the flowers were delivered and I loved the follow up. Disappointed -Was given Flower Patch as a recommendation for prom flowers. When I went to pick up the baby pink rose corsage they said they ran out of pink flowers and substituted a mauvy peach color. Called the main number and got little help - she offered the flowers that were available in the store (which obviously had no pink!), not even offering a refund. I had to pick from what they had left - the only color was white. I feel like they should have at least called to let me know they didn't have the pink I ordered. I won't be back. read more

Guys, these guys have the BEST customer service I've EVER gotten! I live in southern Utah and I needed to send flowers to a friend and when I put in the address wrong the cute deliver person called me to make sure they got to the right spot, then When I called a friend to get the actual address the delivery person called me back to double check and to make sure they found the right apartment. I kid you not, THE SWEETEST PERSON I have ever talked to! (Pretty sure they were named Anthony) and I would recommend and rave about these guys to absolutely anybody! The one star is for the girl that took my order and if this was just about her she would have got all five. Her name was Kami and she was very understanding and knowledgeable. She helped me place my order and read it back to me a couple times to make sure it was right. A variety of bright colors, with mostly carnations, gerbera daisies and roses. Apparently I said the wrong thing though when I agreed to designers choice. I understand that everyones idea of bright colors is different. When I got to the store the "designer" was still working on my order. By the time she was finished it was 15 minutes late. I told her not to worry about the bow because I was so disappointed. There were 3 colors in the arrangement, Oh make that 4 because 75 percent of the arrangement was filler. There were 3 gerbera daisies, 6 yellow roses and 9 pink carnations. I paid $150.00 for the arrangement and I think $100 of it went to attitude. When I wasn't pleased with my order the girl got really snotty with me and told me she was just giving me what I asked for. She was unprofessional and downright rude. She said her job was to make me happy but she said it in such a nasty tone it was really hard to belief. When we went to pick them up they said that the order was not ready ... and when we asked for a refund and they said they didn't provide refunds. We ordered a corsage for hc two weeks in advance - first they gave us the wrong one, then the one I "ordered" wasn't what I ordered at all! They didn't have the flowers we asked for, so they replaced them with cheap ugly flowers - no apologies, no refund offer, nothing. Again, I ordered this 2 weeks in advance, a little courtesy phone call asking what other flowers I'd prefer would have been nice. I know this is a busy season for them, however making a cheap looking corsage, with flowers that not only looked bad but were also placed poorly when we paid for something else is poor business and unacceptable. I used Flower Patch for my bouquet for bridal portraits. I was in love! The took my ideas and made something really gorgeous. I told them I wanted white and blue flowers, and the suggested spraying carnations blue to get the look I wanted. The girl who helped us then grabbed a sample carnation and sprayed it with two different blues so I could pick which one I liked better. That was really helpful, because the blue I thought I wanted wasn't really the one I wanted after I saw it done in the store. They're great at listening and also with offering advice. They didn't even have them in until 11. Not so much a problem as much as just an inconvenience. Read before using this florist service. Recently, my last remaining aunt celebrated her 90th birthday. Obviously a once in a lifetime event, and one I wanted to acknowledge in a special way. I decided I would order and have delivered a nice arrangement of flowers for this occasion, and because I live in France I used the internet to find someone near to where she would be. After visiting many websites for florists, I choose the Flower Patch in American Fork. I did so based on the positive reviews and the selection of arrangements available. So two days prior to the event, I phoned the Flower Patch (the central telephone number) and was transferred to the American Fork location. I spoke with a young woman about my request and told her of my desire to provide the flowers I planned to select for this special occasion. I was told that because the location was out of their normal range for delivery, I would be charged an additional fee for delivery. This I agreed to do. As I spoke with her, she would halt our conversation to confirm what she was telling me with another person near by. I provided this order taker all the detail she required (credit card info., etc) and concluded the transaction by giving her my email address which she repeated back to me for correctness and conformation. Because I live in France I asked that should there be any problems with the order she contact me to resolve them, or at least let me find an alternative to commemorate this special event. SO, IMAGINE MY SURPRISE, WHEN I FOUND OUT THE DAY AFTER THE ARRANGED DELIVERY, THAT THE FLOWERS NEVER ARRIVED! I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND SAW THAT THE MONEY HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS TRANSACTION (AND THEN REPLACED A DAY LATER). AND OF COURSE, NO EMAIL EXPLANATION EITHER. When I phoned to find out why my order did not arrive and why I was not advised as I requested - no one at Flower Patch could provide an explanation. I asked for the name of a manager to get an explanation, I was told to contact a Ms Hawke who was the General Manager of this business. I was provided with her email address and did indeed send off an email requesting an explanation of why my order was handled this way. To make a long story short...Some three weeks later I am still awaiting a reply. What does that tell me? Well for one thing this organization seems to lack the full meaning of "customer service" nor the roll of communicating promptly when encountering problems in providing the service offered and paid for. Another thing I am certain of, is that I will never use this place again for any of my floral needs. And I would truly recommend to anyone considering buying an arrangement with delivery to clearly understand that this provider lacks what it takes to deliver the goods. If you take the time to read clearly even some of the most positive reviews of this site, you can see people pointing out what they call small problems. I now believe those small problems are just the tip of the iceberg with this business. Buyer beware! read more
