You know it's bad when you have to pin your return policy as the first post on your Facebook page and disable/hide all comments. This place is a scam. As others have noted, they are incredibly liberal with what they deem as "damaged" and what they'll reject in their return policy. I ordered two sizes of a dress. I had the dress on no longer than to gauge between the two sizes that I ordered. I tried to return the dress and they said it had an "odor" and rejected the return. There is no way this had any more odor on it than what happens when you try on something when you're physically in the store. They embellished the "damage" by saying they let it air out and the odor was still there; an outright lie as this was on my body for 30 seconds. To add insult to injury, you have to pay for shipping both ways. So when I do resell this item, I will come nowhere near breaking even. Check Poshmark or do a Google image search on the item of clothing you want. It's the same stuff that other boutiques carry and hopefully you'll find somewhere that's a much more reputable company to give your money to.

Ended up purchasing a dress from this shop and has a couple simple alterations done, add straps and…read morea hook and eye to make the dress a little bit tighter. The alterations come apart within 37 minutes of my daughter wearing the dress, right as she was leaving to her Senior prom. I called the shop to inform them what happened Andy they said that the seamstress was "going through a hard time" and wasn't doing good work, and they had been receiving a lot of calls. The girl I spoke To said that she has noticed the issues with the straps but was told to leave it alone instead of fixing it or redoing it. She had me text her photos of the dress while we were on the phone and proceeded to laugh while looking at said photos. The owner text me later that night saying I would only be refunded for the alterations which was $15.62. The dress cost $380 out the door. I asked for a refund of half the cost or be allowed to return the dress for a full refund. I was never responded to again. This is horrible customer service. Do not go here, they don't seem to care about you or your daughter, only money.
