Is there such thing as some Targets being better than other Targets? If you ask me, absolutely!! There is a Target somewhere else that is filthy, always out of stock, and the service is not good at all. This Target was stocked with all kinds of things, along with being very clean and welcoming. I can't think of that many people who want to shop at a Target that has products all over the floor but I have seen another Target that is consistently like that. I love a clean, organized Target dude! The study I haven't done shows people will buy more if the environment looks like and has more products to offer. When you walk in to this Target, you get the typical "bullsye's playground". It is neat and I like that different stores have different products in there--they are not all the same! I found a few good finds in this area. I feel like I need to also point out one of my favorite things in the store as well...Their Oh Happy Dani section was highlighting Black History Month and the products were wonderful. They had notepads, mugs, wall decor, and even a puzzle. Their women's clothing section is pretty top notch. I ended up getting a few tees for super cheap (only $8). Not only did they have a great selection but I also just always love the vibes in Target's like this so I love just trotting around like I don't have anywhere better to be. There may be a Target that is closer to me but I really think I prefer this location!! read more

Stopped in quick for some food/bevs to take back to the hotel. Good service. Looks like they were doing some remodeling but didn't interfere with business. read more

So I've been to every other grocery store in the valley looking for Hawaiian bread someone said target has everything. I walk into target and go to the bakery department and I ask for Hawaiian bread and was told that's not their department go to the deli,. I went to deli who said it's sold in the Bakery department. Amazing rocket science.. I ask for Hawaiian bread and was walked over to a display of Kings Hawaiian rolls and was told right here to where I said those are rolls. I'm looking for bread and they say oh they don't make it anymore as if King's Hawaiian has stopped selling their number one selling item target is telling me that they don't sell it anymore so I pull up the website and show them and they say oh we haven't sold that in months, but they just told me that Kings Hawaiian doesn't make it anymore. Only in Utah are they trying to reinvent the wheel? read more

Their drive up order employees are the most incapable and rude humans to walk the earth, multiple occasions. Have never handed me my items in the window I selected and WINDOW ROLLED DOWN. read more

I love Target's drive-up service! It's so convenient to order online and have everything brought right to the car. However, there's a recurring issue with one employee in particular: Tasha. On multiple occasions, she's had an extremely bad attitude, tossing groceries into my car and treating me as though helping customers is a burden. She's consistently unfriendly and makes the experience unpleasant. Honestly, every time I place a drive-up order, I find myself hoping it isn't Tasha who brings it out. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. Something needs to be done about her behavior... it reflects poorly on the whole Target experience. read more

While in town we were searching for somewhere to get a few rockeries to ride us over and we happened upon this location. It was easy to get to and parking was t a problem. This location is definitely better then so many I've been to in the past. The location is huge and as I said it includes groceries at this location. There are many self checkout stations at both ends of the store. We were able to find everything we were looking for quickly. Service was great and we didn't have to wait very long to check out. Store was very clean and organized. read more

came here to return something bought online and the lady was very nice and helpful. the store is always cleaned and stocked well, self checkout is always fast as well. great job guys! read more

One fitting room always closed. The available fitting room has 5 rooms and usually a line of 6-7 people in line. Who manages this? read more

I shop here maybe once or twice a month for household / cleaning / toiletries/ stationary. Selection is pretty good, and you can always find the target brands if you need to go thrifty. Then offer sanitizer wipes at the entrances if you need to wipe down the stroller for yourself and for your child. Even before COVID-19 sometimes things were out of stock. Post COVID, they are doing a good job sanitizing and encouraging customers to practice social distancing. Starbucks is temporary closed.Pharmacy will have extra long lines, so be prepared. Parking is relatively easy but almost near impossible to get spots close to the actual building itself. Make it easier for yourself and just pick a more remote spot and avoid the crowds. Sometimes they have good deals on ice cream! read more

Target - Kid friendly - Department Stores Near Me - Orem, Utah

Complete with a grocery section, this Super Target is the biggest boxiest of the Target stores around. Who hasn't been to a Target? Compare them to just about any other big box retailer and it's usually going to come out on top. I loathe the big blue one, so the big red dot is usually a decent stop when you want everything in one stop. I'm generally a mild fan. However. There's something a little off here. And I'm not sure it's exactly Target's fault. This is a popular spot. I've been several times and it's always been pretty busy, but it does seem to be picked over and ravaged a little bit. Maybe it's the nature of the big box beast, but even on my recent stop in to just grab some ice and a few other items, it wasn't the easiest or cleanest to navigate. I got one of the last few bags of ice, and maybe that's just timing, but it seems like there are enough redshirts around and it's just a management issue? Regardless, Target is still my preferred big retailer. They have a nice flower selection that I relied on for years when visiting my grandmother and if you're willing to go to battle with messes and elbow-y shoppers, the clearance section in clothing is fun for a minute. read more

This target is huge and clean. We purchased a camera for Christmas, but it wasn't the right type of camera my son was looking for going into photography. It was nice that I ordered the camera online and the return bar scan was easy to lookup on the Target app and I was surprised that the return date was extended to February - 90 day policy. We did open the box, but everything was wrapped back into the original packaging. They checked that everything was there and immediately returned the item. After we looked around and picked up a few items we needed. The were well stocked for going on a Wednesday evening. read more

Went to buy some icemelt, and he pointed to the rock salt, and I said no I need icemelt do you have any and the cashier handed me a map and said I'm sure you can find it on here. I looked at the map, put it in the basket and left the store. this employee couldn't ask anyone or do anything for me as a customer this is how their customer service always. I will never return to this store. They're ridiculous. read more

Giving a bad review because I set up a baby registry with them. I went through the store and scanned items on my phone. First of all, it took forever to set up a registry. The service in the store is awful, it wouldn't load. I would scan items I wanted on my registry, and some stuff wouldn't even scan. They would have 3 barcodes, I would try scanning all of them and it would always say "item can't be found". It was so frustrating. They also give you a free welcome kit with baby samples if you start a registry. I have now been to 3 different target locations and all of them are freaking out of the welcome kits. They are even out online but I wouldn't want it online because you have to pay shipping. They should keep those fully stocked for new moms who register with them and want to sample different baby products. I am thinking about deleting my registry. I am so fed up with target. I don't recommend anyone registering here. read more

The store is very well run and kept nice and neat for the shoppers. Also, thank you to the powers that be who are able to get Farmer John products from Southern California. You got us the sausage, bacon and ham all we need now is some dodger dogs and will be all set guys. Keep up the good work I'll keep spending my money with you all. read more

This store is well kept and maintained! Very nice and helpful employees!! Would definitely come to this target again (:

So we love this store! If my 4 yr old could live here he would (believe me he's tried to go live at Target) They always have everything we need plus 10 or so extra items that we didn't (who doesn't love extra storage containers, decorations, or workout clothes~who am I kidding I don't work out....but I buy them anyways ) They have great produce which is definitely a plus! I hate going to the salad and seeing wilted lettuce it's quite depressing actually as I look in the glass and see my reflection and realize I am becoming all wilty and saggy myself ~ and yes I can hear some of you saying well why don't you go work out you have brand new workout clothes well you try to wake up with a four-year-old toddler who you'd think I spiked his water with straight sugar, and then comes the tantrums because he wants to go to target! when you finally get him off doing something else and cleaning up all 4500 messes that he's made and realize the day is gone and you're too tired to do anything else.....working out NO CHANCE, but those workout clothes sure make for a great Athleisure wardrobe! Thanks Target I sure do look forward to our shopping trips!! read more

There's one self check out lady that always targets me and watches my every move i was asking her to help get the red tag off the clothes i had bought and she asked for my bag and told me to go wait somewhere else while she double checked to make sure that every item was paid for. I always pay for my items but every time she watches me like a hawk and doesn't do it to fellow costumers. read more

I believe in soul-mates. I really do. And I believe Target is my one, true love and my soul-mate for all time and eternity. Target is home. Target is life. This target is the best. It's HUGE, clean, always has a ton of clearance, and always has everything generally in stock. The associates are friendly, but they aren't about to ask you how you're doing or if you need anything every 6 seconds. They'll ask once (if they're around you), then leave you to do your thing. They all seem to know their store really well and I really appreciate that. I love you Target. Will you marry me? read more

I always prefer this Orem Target over the one in Provo or American Fork -- their selection is great & drive-up pickup is quick & reliable! My order showed it wasn't ready for pickup yet, but an efficient phonecall to customer service was very helpful and it was only the app having problems. Keep up the great work, Target! read more

The basic white chick in me has a special place in her heart for any Target, but that special place is amplified when you make it a 'Super' Target with groceries and a Starbucks! I like the layout of this particular SuperTarget more than the one in Fort Union and the other close to downtown SLC. These are the 3 I've frequented most, so they have the fairest comparison. The workers here don't hover at all, but they also do not keep the store the tidiest of any Target I've been in. The main pharmacist is helpful with finding vitamins and giving solid suggestions. All in all, I love Target, and this one does not disappoint! read more

I've been here a million and one times during the years I lived in Provo, and other parts of Utah. I have to say it's a pretty good Target. They really need to open one closer to BYU, as it's a bit of a drive from South Provo where I lived for a long time. But, it was worth it. They always had good sales and a nice selection of clothing and other nicer items that you couldn't find anywhere else nearby. Thank you, Target! read more

Dez at customer service was terrible. Would recommend visiting other targets instead of dealing with her.

I love this target for their groceries. The isles are clean, easy to find items, and organized. As for the clothing department it is a complete mess. I feel like no one works in the clothing section ever! I took a few pictures of today's visit. You be the judge. read more

This Target as a whole isn't bad. It's clean, organized, the people are helpful etc. We recently went in for some baby pictures and everything about the experience was sub-par. The studio, lobby, and counter area were way too small. I felt cramped and uncomfortable the whole time. After it was all said and done the pictures weren't even that great. Some of them had people with their eyes closed and other times the baby had her hand in front of her face. I'm confident we could have gotten at least as good of photos at home by ourselves. They were busy so maybe they are better at adults and so forth. I gave them 3 stars because the rest of the Target is fine, but their photo studio is pretty lousy. read more

Good target and friendly staff. Very small store with limited options but pretty good overall! 3 stars.

I don't know what it is about Target, but it's always held a special place in my heart. Today there was a lot of hustle and bustle, seeing as it is the Christmas season, but all of the employees did a fabulous job and keeping me calm, cool, and collected. One thing I would wish they, as well as any other shopping center, would do is open up more check out counters! There were hundreds of people and probably about 10 registers open, even though they had many more that could have been available. If they're not going to do that, the least they could do is build only 10 registers and open them all up--it would trick us into thinking they're helping us out as much as they can. Other than that, and again the fact it's the holidays so everyone feels the need to make everything disorganized, Target is still my #1 bae. TIPS & TRICKS: * Before you leave, purchase a Monster Cookie from the cafe, they're delicious. * If you are shopping around the holidays, try pulling the doe-eyed look--people will let you go ahead of them out of the goodness of their Christmas Spirit. read more

I love this Target. Such a great selection, great prices (especially if you use the Target app) and especially during covid, I have loved the curbside pickup option, SO easy. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the bathrooms aren't always kept super clean. read more

The management here is so snotty and rude. They don't even follow their own price match policy. They don't seem to understand that even if THEY don't like that a customer found a really good deal, that literally doesn't matter because it's THEIR POLICY TO PRICE MATCH. I'll just go to the other locations and avoid this one from now on. read more

Went in the store with my three young kids to make a couple returns. I had a few different items so I took screenshots of the bar codes to make it easier and quicker since I had a baby a two toddlers with me, plus I get terrible cell service in this store. Immediately the girl yelled rudely at me that she was ready and I was trying my best to make it to the counter with my hands full. I apologized that I was slow but trying my best and she rolled her eyes at me. Then I told her I had a couple different returns/barcodes and she snapped extremely rudely at me that she would not use screenshots. So I had to go back and search in the app (which wasn't loading) for all the separate barcodes while trying to keep my baby from crying and my toddlers from going crazy. It took FOREVER and the whole time the employee was just glaring at me and sighing dramatically and rolling her eyes. I literally left that store in tears, and cried in the car. I'm shocked at how disrespectful and rude this employee was. I have never been treated so horribly and I absolutely will not be back EVER read more

So slow. Every online order takes hours to complete. It's the only target in this area that takes so long too.

People put their hairy, shedding dogs in carts and Target doesn't give a crap about it. Target really cares about the health and safety of guests by letting people with allergies grocery shop using carts covered in dog hair and slobber. Target is the best place in town to get a severe allergic reaction but hey your health and safety is important to them. read more

I usually love Target and their selection of housewares, clothing, food, etc. But today I had to use the restroom and was totally disgusted! Everything was dirty, especially the floor. The trash can was overflowing. I thought with the pandemic that extra care would be taken for cleanliness throughout the store, especially the restrooms. Super disappointed. read more

I wish I could leave no stars! The employees where rude. The store was a mess! I won't ever be back to this Target!

Disclaimer: I am VERY biased when it comes to Target. I LOVE this place so so much. If Rebekah H. hadn't claimed and secured the Duchess title already, you bet I would be her. You can't go wrong when it's a SUPER Target. I buy EVERYTHING here except for the baby and pets aisle because I have neither. Otherwise, everything is free game. It is an experience shopping here. I haven't ever encountered an employee who wasn't at least helpful if not happy. How can you blame them, they love Target too. While some departments are messier than others, you can generally find what you're looking for. If not, an employee can look it up for you. The best feature of "buy online, pick up in store" has saved me so many times. I don't really know how deep I should get into my review of Target without opening up too big of a can of worms. So I'll just say this, come prepared to spend more than you expected to, but only because they offer so many great things, so #noregrets. read more

Their only saving grace is that the staff is friendly. Otherwise, what a mess! Clothes everywhere! Couldn't find anything because there were clothes on the floor, clothes on the wrong racks, it was a nightmare. So unlike every other Target I've been too. Very disappointing. read more

Okay... hi. I love target as much as the next basic white girl but Orem target is NASTY! It totally takes the sparkle out of you time at target. It's always a horrible mess, everything is everywhere and don't even think about stepping foot in the bathroom. The inventory is always picked over and a mess to find anything. Just avoid Orem and drive to American Fork. read more

This used to be my favorite Target but last time I came it was such a disaster. Shelves were not stocked, there were clothes, toys, and random things on the floor; and when I had a hard time finding an item, there was not an employee to be found--we left without that item. But before leaving, we had to pay; and this was the worse. There were two cash registers opened and they both had long lines, and then one had a problem. Two more cash registers opened but instead of asking customers who had been waiting in line for a while they took customers from the back of the lines. Yeah, not my favorite anymore. read more

This store is terrible. It is ALWAYS filthy, and I am constantly a witness to employees sarcasm and lack of work ethic. Every time I come here I am disappointed by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. While I feel they have a decent grocery department, the other parts of the store, ESPECIALLY the clothing and shoes are a joke. I do not enjoy shopping here because everything is filthy all the time. They should really make placing things back and giving things a vacuum or sweep a priority. I was in the dressing room and there were hairs and pieces of lint (I hope) everywhere. I just turned around and walked out, I don't want to change in there. It's a joke. Sad day, I used to really like target. read more
