Best customer service and very friendly staff! They really go out of their way to help.

They have been promoting their business on Instagram with photos stolen from many well-known designers across the country. No credit is ever given to the designers or their photographers. When confronted by these designers or their colleagues, Osmond Design blocks them on their Instagram account so the designers cannot see their stolen intellectual property. This is incorrigible in such a small industry. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them if you are a design professional. read more

I was in an URGENT need of a bed frame....and I received more than satisfactory help. Michelle (the manager) saw my panic and dropped what she was doing to come to my rescue! The store is priced fairly for what you're getting, and safe to say I went home not just with a brand new modern bed frame BUT an entire matching bedroom set. I have received more compliments in the past week about my bedroom furniture than I have ever received compliments in my life.... I have had such a wonderful experience with this company. I see some reviews that are not favorable and it's sad because they helped me with my new house from top to bottom and without them, I would not have such a beautiful home at a great price. Their designer Theresa is who I worked with and I'm still in love with everything I have. There was one item that was not perfect and they ordered me a new piece right away and they are the ones who pointed out the flaw. Their customer service is truest terrible. They know very little about their merchandise. Every time I go, they talk down to me and dismiss my questions. They twice have told me they would find out the answer to my question and call me back, but they never call me back. read more

I've given Osmond Design two opportunities to take my money. Both times I was ignored, talked down to and generally dismissed. The sales girl really had no idea about the inventory. I'm done trying to buy furniture from them. The last time, I ended up leaving and went across the street to Four Chairs to make the purchases I was looking for. They have cute things but need to seriously work on customer service training for everyone in the store. read more

Unfortunately I need to add to the negative reviews this store has received - they were very helpful at first and we purchased a large amount of merchandise from them. But when we made arrangements to pick up our items a month later they were extremely disorganized, our items were in different places, the store manager in Lehi largely ignored my husband, the warehouse people were indifferent and rude - needless to say we won't do business here again. I'm sad because their items are well priced and unique. Too bad their service doesn't match that quality. read more

Their prices are really competitive and they have even price matched things for me. The staff is so darling and I have become great friends with many of them because of how kind they were. The other reviewers are correct that you will be ignored in this store. No one will ask if you need help or what you are looking for. In fact, should you track them down and ask for help, expect to be treated like you are putting them out. I have been in several times and have bought a dining set and a couch from them as well as smaller decorating items. This last time however, I decided was my last. I don't want my furniture to remind me of these condescending rude women. Gatehouse is much nicer and the people there will go out of there way to help you. ** 9/14/15 update: I wanted to update this review to state that the delivery team was prompt, helpful and friendly. I would still avoid the Orem location, but if I am in Lehi I might give that store a chance. read more

I love this store. There is so much to appreciate about it: Lots of variety in their selections and not terribly overpriced. However, I found it strange that when I entered the store, neither of the two sales girls acknowledged me--they looked up briefly but just kept talking to each other. As I walked through the store, I kept hoping someone would at least ask what I was looking for. Unfortunately, that never happened. At first I thought they had singled me out to ignore, but then noticed a number of other couples/customers who were also being completely ignored. It honestly was baffling. A couple of times I exchanged "Is there anyone around here to help in this store?" glances with others. In fairness, when I did go to the desk for help, the girl there was very polite and actually pretty helpful. I am still puzzled by the general attitude there, however. I suspect they miss out on a lot of customers who finally just walk out without ever having been greeted. It is kind of a shame. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. Every time we go into Osmond Designs they are condescending and rude. We have spent good money in there. And when we were unaware that one of our lights, we recently purchased, was damaged they were unwilling to help or even discuss how to rectify that situation. She was super rude when we told her we had just moved here, already had ordered several things, all she said was "ok." When we asked is that the end of the conversation she smiled with a smirk and said, "Yep." They have cool things but they are cheap quality. And with such poor customer service we will never shop there again. Go to Four Chairs or Gatehouse. Every time we go into Gatehouse they are super friendly even if you are just window shopping. read more

Wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers regarding complete lack of customer service. We're shopping to furnish our newly built 8,000 sq ft home, and not only were the sales women rude and condescending, but totally ignorant of product information or specs.....isn't that one of the basic skills required for sales..."Know your product"? When asked about dimensions on a dining table one sales girl simply said "I don't know...." Didn't offer to look up specs for us. We had to ask her for a tape measure so we could measure it ourselves. Their employees come across as vacuous snobs. Having lived all over the country, I chalk it up to culture....or lack thereof. Osmond Designs ended up losing ALL of our business. They deserve a negative star rating....apparently at OD the customer doesn't matter! read more

Absolutely disgusted with this store and staff. Went in with my wife and two daughters. They have a play area in the middle of the stores for kids. My wife was behind the house watching my daughter when she heard two employees start to talk about our daughter. They talked about how we were bad parents for letting out daughter run around the store and how they could believe people couldn't even do that. One of them saw my wife and just hid in embarrassment rather than apologizing. Called the manager after we left and she made one of the girls call us back. She said they were talking about something us and it was our mistake for misunderstanding. Never been treated so poorly in my life!! read more

I've had a wonderful experience with Melissa from Osmond Designs in building a new home in Heber City. She went with me to select flooring, tile, and cabinet finishes and was so efficient at helping me find what I liked. I think I'd still be thinking about all the choices if I were trying to do it alone! She was honest about what was "in" and what was "dated." I've also emailed and texted her several times with photos of items I was thinking of buying and she would give me her honest opinion. My experience at Osmond is based on working with Melissa, but I also attended one of their free design classes by Shane and enjoyed it. Other times when I have gone into the store on my own, I have seen the employees busy doing their own thing, but I don't like being hounded as I browse, so I didn't take offense. read more

Very nice until they have your money. After they have your money you don't exist. They make you wait 24 hours after you pay with a credit card before you can pick up your furniture. Went to pick up furniture at scheduled time they couldn't find it. Special ordered a sofa wrong color poor quality. Would not take sofa back and suggested we sell it on KSL classifieds. Heather Osmond was not helpful and would not consider any other options. Customer services is non-existent!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE IF YOU WANT ANY SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. read more
