Heather is one of the impressive designers I have ever been in contact with. I have worked with several designers all over the country and Heather and Osmond Designs clearly stands out. Her design and taste is impeccable but her professional and communications to customers is beyond commendable. I was afraid to go here after the other recent reviews, but I went because of a sale anyway. I was glad I had the experience I did. They have a play area for kids, which was SO nice! The ladies were very friendly and helpful. In fact, my item was out of stock and they had to order it. A couple of hours later they found one and called me directly so that I didn't have to wait! I'm so glad they went above and beyond. My only critique would be trying to receive discounts. They are more stringent with discounts than other retailers, same with returns too. I would strongly suggest using Osmond Designs design consulting. I had Theresa come and help me around my house with a design consultation. She was honest and very straight to the point! I loved that she gave her opinion while also giving suggestions about different options for certain areas! I have already started to implement some of the changes she suggested and things are starting to look great! Osmond design is a great store when shopping for home decor, furniture, bedding! I recently purchased my bedding there and I love it!!!! I got my last bedding there and it never wore out!!! It's unique and durable and gorgeous!!! I also did a custom chair there! I received fabulous help and the fabric we choose went perfect with what I already had!!!! I love my chair!! I love this place! It's so nice to be able to walk into a furniture store and not be immediately accosted by salespeople trying to get you on their commission. The staff was very helpful and patient as we tried to find the right couch for our new home, and they were ready and willing to give advice with the colors and texture and stuff. Overall it was a great experience, and we love our new couch! I will definitely be coming here again the next time I need some new furniture. read more

I am not an employee at any of the locations but from several employees i have heard how poorly she treats them and is corrupt is so many ways to even her most loyal employees that have worked 4+ years for her who basically ran her business for her. Just shopped at Osmond Design for the first time. The ladies working were so nice and helpful! We bought some accessories and bedding for my daughters room. We plan to return as our house is closer to being finished. They do special orders and and gave us pricing on the items we plan to order. Prices were great! I bought a beautiful sofa table there a few years ago and it still is as beautiful as the day I bought it. So many guests have commented on it and presently I have it in my entry hall.
