After he fixed the things on the list he checked out a pipe that was connected to the dishwasher that we were questioning in the new house we just bought. At the end of the repair he asked if there was anything else he could help with to steer us in the right direction. I asked him about a problem with the fridge and he gave us a bunch of tips on brand and such and a very simple, affordable solution that required a trip to home depot rather than an unnecessary work order. I'm so impressed with Hutchs! I didn't feel taken advantage of. He was very sweet and heard me rant a little about our constant home repairs. Thanks for listening. There are so many shady contractors now a days, I'm so grateful for these guys. I have to mention Amber, the receptionist too. I was already at ease with all the stress because of her. It has been 6 weeks and several calls and we were just told there was a 'proprietary' fuse the was blown. It took six weeks to find a fuse that blows???? And of course it will take a week or more to get it in -- there is one in Florida -- sound like a story??? Anyway we use a microwave a lot and are not happy with this service. So far Hutch's is sympathetic, but no more.

I'm even tempted to write another 5 star review so they could combine into 10. I'm not sure if it works like that, however. I'd like to share a tale with you about a man. A man who dared to dream. Spoiler alert, this man is me. Almost a year after purchasing a couch at Knights, I finally felt emotionally prepared to purchase the ottoman that goes along with it. I called Knights, made the purchase, and waited patiently for the day when my couch would have its long awaited companion. Greg (my awesome sales manager), texted me with trepidation in his voice (I'm assuming he had trepidation as he texted). He said that unfortunately, the ottoman that was supposed to be delivered had a bit of damage. Some of the stitching came out. After a series of high stakes texts back and forth, we settled on Knights delivering this current ottoman to me, and then replacing it with a new ottoman once the new one arrived. Everything went as planned, and I had the ottoman delivered. But as days went on, a strange and beautiful thought entered my brain. Something that I had never considered. "What if I received the new ottoman, and yet, kept the old one!" I would have two ottomans! Two ottomans would turn my couch into a mega couch! The more I thought on this, the more I felt elation rise within my heart. This is what I would do. I emotionally committed to paying for the damaged one. The day arrived when the new ottoman came, and I called Knights and said that I would pay for the old one at a discounted rate and keep both. And there I was, a proud owner of two ottomans! However, as I compared them side by side, I knew that the new one was much more voluptuous than the older counterpart. The old one was flatter and also discolored in comparison. I thought I could overlook this fact and live a happy life. And yet, sleepless night after sleepless night, I tossed and turned, thinking about the vast differences in the ottomans. It wasn't until then that I realized that I am a man who really values the girth of an ottoman. Something I hadn't previously considered. Could I live with myself, having such a vast difference in ottomans? As I searched deep within myself, I knew I could not. I built up the courage to call Greg again, and explain the situation. I even sent him a picture to prove my point. He immediately agreed that I couldn't be happy unless I had a new ottoman to replace the old, battered one. After some quick monetary exchanges, the new one arrived and the old was sent to the ottoman graveyard. I now stand resolute in life, knowing that I have created an ottoman empire with two, healthy, voluptuous ottomans. Thank you Knight's Furniture, and thank you Greg!
