I love the book section and can always find at least a couple of current/popular books to add to my collection. I always never skip their kitchen section and have found amazing bowls, plates, mugs, and serving trays. I've found amazing items that I've been so happy to get. I can always leave with a treasure! When my contract was up in January, I called to collect the money from the sale of my furniture and was told that the computers had a virus, so without computers, it was impossible give me an accurate review of the items sold and for what price. Call back. I did. Several times, and the same story about computer viruses was repeated each time. Then eventually, the owner, Connie, got on the phone and told me truth: the computers were confiscated by police in conjunction with a state investigation about some of their business dealings. Her life was ruined, it was all false, part of a smear campaign inspired by a bi-polar former employee, etc. etc., back to me--when the computers come back, they can cut me check. No one called when the computers were returned. I just got lucky one day when I called and Grace, Connie's sister, was able to confirm what had sold and the money I should expect. She told me Connie said to tell me that she was writing checks that very week and I should check my mail box shortly. Two weeks passed, its now late February or early March, and I haven't received a check. When I call, Grace or Connie (their voices sound the same) says she's out of checks. She wrote checks yesterday and ran out of checks, so as soon as the bank sends more, she'll write me a check. I call back the next week. Grace is so surprised I didn't get a check. She'll double check with Connie. The following week I call back and Grace wasn't in b/c she was taken to the hospital the previous evening in !an ambulance! but Connie assures me she'll write the check tomorrow. I call at the end of the week, (now its early April) and Grace, back from the hospital, hears from Connie that she mailed MY check on Thursday, Friday OR Saturday, so watch the mail box. You guessed it. No check in the mail. In a very huffy voice I demand to know where my check is. Why the run around? They are using my money to pay their bills. Meanwhile, I've taken on a part time job of trying to track down my check and gotten nothing but the run around. Grace says it was mailed, she can see in their records that it was, so she'll have to check with the bank to make sure it wasn't cashed before she can mail me a "replacement" check. I tell her I expect her to call me back and tell me what the results of the phone call to the bank are. She doesn't call. Two days later, I call her again to ask when I'm going to get my check. She says the bank says it wasn't cashed, so CONNIE will be writing checks tomorrow and can write a "new" one for me then. I promise to call back in the afternoon to confirm that a check was written for me. Still waiting ..... Here's the long and short of it: this gaggle of sisters is good at giving the run around to out of town sellers. If you can't show up to get your check w/ your very own police escort, I doubt that you'll ever see your money. Better stick to KSL Classifieds.

Refined stating that they did not have the 2 mattresses we already purchased, but only one. The manager WOULD NOT GET ON THE PHONE to discuss the situation but told the girl who called to make us pay $100 MORE for a different mattress. After attempting to negotiate, asking her to even meet us half way at $50, they refused. And again, the manager refused to take our call. NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS! We had previously purchased THOUSANDS of dollars worth of goods from this store. We will NEVER buy from this CHEAT store again!
