Once we had the part, Austin installed and patiently waited sitting on the kitchen floor for it to be filled with coolant (I think that's what it was). I realize this was lost revenue for Lamar's Appliance Repair, but I appreciate their honesty diagnosing the problem and being truthful that we were better off getting a new fridge instead of repairing it. Replacing the broken piece would have cost nearly as much as a new refrigerator, but that was also money they would not earn from us. I really appreciate that they looked up any possible warranty angle on the compressor as well. Like I said above, if you need an appliance service / repaired, give Lamar's Appliance Repair a try!

I quickly did an online search of the part that needed to be fixed and it ranged from $16-$50, depending on the site selling it. I realized there would be a labor fee involved as well but this quote seemed very high. I asked the technician why it was almost $400 to replace a part that was so cheap. He explained their labor fee of $250 but that still left a good almost $150 he was charging for the part that at tops should cost $50 (and probably a lot less for Mr. Appliance of Lehi). I told him I'd pay the service charge but was confident I could have another company do it for less. Immediately, I called 3 of their competitors in the area and asked what it would cost to replace the part. They all quoted $150-$175. All of them also asked me what error code I was getting on my dryer. When I told them, they were puzzled that the technician from Mr. Appliance had told me what the problem was because they disagreed just based on the error code. A technician from another company came out and looked at the part in question and stated that wasn't the reason the dryer wasn't working and stated the part was just fine. He did one minor thing on the dryer, which fixed the issue. I tried to resolve this with Mr. Appliance of Lehi because I shouldn't be charged for a misdiagnosis. If their original diagnosis was correct, why did 3 other companies question the diagnosis and then one technician actually stated it wasn't the issue once he'd seen the dryer himself. If the part needed to be replaced that Mr. Appliance said was the problem, it's also curious that the dryer now works. Mr. Appliance gave me a response from their owner, which was pretty dismissive. Not only will I never be a customer of theirs again, but do your homework when working with this company. If they charge almost $400 when several of their competitors would do the same repair for $150-$175, that gives you reason to think.

"If you didn't see that or take the time to read that statement, I don't know what to tell you other than it's clearly there and I can't force customers to read it even though it's there. I am just sticking to our policy which is clearly stated." I was not told of any policy. Don't use these people. If you do, apparently you better read all the fine print that he says was on his iPad he showed me for two seconds that looked like I was just signing for my card.

Their show began by pulling tools and materials from their truck and laying everything out on the lawn. The walls shot up, followed in quick succession by the roof, the shingles, the loft, and the door; then came a swift cleanup, and just like that--it was complete. Having spent countless hours around construction sites, I know how easily unexpected complications can cause tempers to flare and the air to turn blue. Yet, these two individuals were a remarkable exception. Despite laboring at a grueling, relentless pace for over seven hours in suffocating 90-degree heat, their composure never wavered. Not once did either worker raise their voice or flash a critical remark at the other. Your installers are clearly committed to quality. I watched one of them trim a plywood sheet for an awkward overhead space. It was late in day and 91-degree. After the fourth try, the installer was frustrated. He dropped his tape measure and sighed deeply but then picked it up and measured again. He hoisted the heavy sheet back into position, and it finally fit perfectly. He smiled and immediately returned to work. A seamless connection of self-mastery and dedication to quality. It was... unforgettable!

So when you see the dahlias here they are massive. which you don't see a lot. they have lots to pick from. But the bad part of shopping for plants at Home Depot or lowes they never water their plants correctly so the plants always have black scorch marks and the leaves are browning and dry while being green as well. So the best time to buy is when the plants are fresh off the truck and haven't got watered yet haha. But if you want massive dahlias for a good price this is the place.
