The appointment was very much stress-free. I would definitely reccomend this store. We were so happy that our daughter was able to pick her dress within two hours that we didn't need to go anywhere else.

When you tell brides that they design the dress and then the dress will not be ready until a week or so before the wedding you put them in the position that if the dress isn't what they wanted they really are out of time to find something different and are essentially they stuck with whatever you came up with, great for business bad for brides. My daughters dress was nice but not at all what we wanted and expected when we paid for it, you final appointment is a joke, you aren't actually listening to the bride and if they say not to make and alteration don't make that specific alteration. I'm sure working with brides and mothers can be taxing and mentally draining. Do not tell these Brides that you will make what they want when in the end it's not actually what they wanted. Pretty dress but not what we paid for.

But when we returned weeks later to purchase a simple white shirt, we were met with the same cold, condescending attitude -- this time from a different employee. My fiancé was treated with visible disdain from the moment we walked in. We're not sure if it's because he has shoulder length hair and a trimmed beard, because it couldn't have been anything we did, we always prioritize being polite as we know what it's like to work in retail. Every question was met with irritation, as if helping us was a burden. No warmth, no interest, no effort. It's shocking that a business built around helping men feel confident and polished has absolutely no grasp of basic courtesy or professionalism. If you're going to market yourself as a place that helps men look like gentlemen, start by acting like one. We ended up going to another shop nearby -- and the experience couldn't have been more different. The staff there treated my fiancé with respect, took time to listen, and helped him find the perfect look for our wedding day. That's how you earn loyal customers. If you value being treated like a human being -- skip this place. Until they learn to check their snobbery at the door, it's not worth your time or money

When we walked in, we were looking in the front of the store and the sales associates seemed to be busy at the desk in the back of the store so we didn't think anything of the fact that they didn't seem to notice us walk in. Then, when we want back to the dressing rooms (passing the sales associates without so much as a "Hello") we found the dressing rooms strewn with clothes that other customers had left behind. It was a mess, but we just sort of raised our eyebrows and carried on. I waited out in the store while my fiance tried on the dress and when she came out (again, walking right past the sales associates) she told me it was too big--well within earshot of the sales associates. I looked over at them to see if they might come help us grab a smaller dress but evidently they couldn't be bothered. They were too busy on their phones, giggling and showing one another what ever they were looking at. So, I went and grabbed the dress myself. While my fiance was trying the dress on, one of the associates walked back to the dressing rooms, looked at me nervously then awkwardly walked over to grab the table right next to me without a word--weird. The dress fit, so we went to check out and the one of the two behind the counter took the dress, scanned it, an told my fiance how much it cost without so much as a "Did you find everything you were looking for?" or something. It was like we were bothering them with our business. While we were in the store, there were between 1 and 4 customers in the store. The sales associates never said a thing to any of them unless they were checking out. The two associates at the desk in the back just kept playing with their phones and giggling, while the other (the one from the dressing room) huffed and puffed around straightening clothes on displays. I'm not one to write many reviews, this is my first in a long time, but this experience was something else. It seems the manager (one of the two gigglers behind the desk) is either incompetent or in need of some serious training.
