A tag placed in the button they showed in without me asking.

My puppy had "Peed" on a suit of mine. And so I took it in to the dry cleaner. The suit jacket also had a button missing, which I was planning on sewing back on when I got the suit back. Instead, I was surprised when I received the cleaned suit back that the dry cleaner had voluntarily replaced the suit jacket button with an exact match, without me even asking, I thought this was such a kind gesture. Here's an image of the tag they placed on the new button. I will definitely be using Trailside Dry Cleaning again, thank you so much for your kindness!

I told him I had a BOGO coupon but wasn't sure how it would work. He politely informed me my coupon had expired however he shared that he could check to see if there were any others currently. He found an even better coupon that saved me more money. He was sincerely happy to help me! Excellent service along with the speedy turnaround time. This is my third time using them and each time has been exceptional.

Tide Cleaning of Saratoga Springs Lost My Boss's Clothes and Tried to Silence me via Legal…read moreIntimidation. In February, my boss, who lives out of town, entrusted me to have a custom made suit, from a high-end tailor in Portland, cleaned in between his visits to our Salt Lake office. I brought the suit to Tide Cleaners in Saratoga Springs, close to where I live. All seemed to go well until my boss came back into town and informed me that the pants which had been returned to us with the suit were not his pants. The cleaner had given us the wrong pants. We brought this to the attention of the manager and they told us that the pants had probably been given over to someone else and that they would check their security footage to see if they could identify where the pants had gone. Over weeks I heard nothing and was compelled to call in again and again. Finally, I accepted them at their word that when they knew more they would call me. A full quarter of the year passed by and I didn't hear anything from them. So i called in wanting to know about the location of the pants, or if they intended to reimburse my boss for his loss. I was informed that they were under new management and that the new manager did not know about the issue. A few days later, she said that she would call the old manager and continue the search. She called back a week later claiming that she could not search for the lost pants because we had never returned the pants they had mistakenly given us. I turned in the pants last night. This morning I got a phone call from the new manager. She claimed that the pants we had returned had never been in their system. She insinuated that we were trying to scam her. We had a heated exchange about her allegations. I told her that I had lived in very rough parts of Mexico (as a volunteer teaching children gardening skills). I made it clear that if necessary I am capable of being not a very nice person, and that unless she wanted to see that side of me, she needed to either locate the pants, or compensate my employer for his loss. The next thing I know, I'm receiving a call from the Saratoga Springs police department informing me that I have been banned from the location because the manager had (falsely) accused me of threatening her. At no point in our heated exchange did I ever threaten anyone. My criminal record is clean. I have no history of violence. My mean side consists of speaking to a higher manager, filing justifiably angry reviews, submitting a report to the better business bureau, picketing the location from nearby public space with signs warning potential customers/victims of this store, taking the owner and manager to small claims court and finally if necesary, filing a report with Get Gephardt. The manager knew that she was not threatened and that I had not personally threatened her or anyone else. This was perhaps that greatest failure I have ever witnessed in customer service. What kind of coward evades their responsibility to a client by issuing a false allegation to the local police department? You can ban me from your location, but you can't stop me from using all legal means necessary to ensure that my employer either receives his pants or is compensated for his loss. You will find the pants or you will pay to have them replaced by the same custom tailor in Portland who made them.

I was distressed because I tried hand washing (and laundry washing) my specific garment at home by myself, only to find that odd pink stains and a certain smell came about by doing so. I went to Alpine Dry Cleaners looking for a solution and they fixed my jacket and it came back softer/puffier than its original form! Awesome! . Only thing is, I felt it was a bit pricier than normal, but overall, they did an excellent job, so I'm satisfied!

DO NOT GO to Alpine dry cleaners in Sandy UT, unless you want to be over charged for your clothes…read moreto be ruined. Took my $1000 designer down jacket to be dry cleaned. Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.
