The manager would not call me back or talk to me at all. They would not compensate me for ruining my expensive new dress... blamed it on the fabric. My friend has the exact same dress and dry cleaned it beautifully at a reputable dry cleaners with no problems whatsoever. Clearly they ruined my dress, knew it, tried to hide it, would not even talk to me about it. Worst customer service available! Afterwards I found out a co-worker had his shirts lost through the same place and again no customer service, no resolution. I would never go there again, nor would I recommend that cleaners to anyone. If it were possible to give them negative stars rating it would be -5 or as low as it could possibly go.

He arrogantly acted as if he was checking the computer and said yep no starch. Mind you I'm watching him not make any notes on the file. Get my clothes back starched and when the woman that gave me my clothes checked the computer she said the file states I want light starch. I wouldn't have as big of a problem had the younger gentleman from earlier wasn't so arrogant while doing his job. These dress shirts range from $150- $300 and I do not want unnecessary chemicals on my shirts. They need to pay much better attention to detail. This is unacceptable UPDATE: The owner called and we both came to a resolution over the phone. Upon arrival he reversed engineered the starch and handled the clothes personally from beginning to end. When I returned to pick up the shirts the owner spent time walking me through what he did to reverse the starch in the shirts. And also walked me through ways to prolong the life of my shirts. Being wrong is one thing, owning up to it and doing what you can to fix that wrong is all anyone can ask. If you ever run into a problem just ask for Craig.
