Fantastic customer service!!…read more These guys appear to be family run and they have been awesome! I used a different local cleaner and twice the other place ironed wavy wrinkles into my work shirts. Trailside has a quick turnaround and my shirts come out great every time!! Here's the best part ... I needed my work clothes cleaned in a hurry for a trip. It was Saturday and I was leaving on Sunday. I brought them in and found out they are closed on Sunday ... pretty normal for this part of the world. But the nice lady offered to rush them and get them back that night (for a charge). I didn't ask how much and agreed. So ... I show up at 6:15, thinking that they are open until 7pm, only to find out they close at 6pm on Saturday. Now I'm feeling silly, but that's my fault, not theirs. As I start to turn around to leave the young lady comes from around her car, recognizes me, and offers to re-open the store to get me my clothes!! She certainly didn't have to and I wouldn't have thought less of them. I got my clothes in time for my trip and she was super friendly the whole time!! So ... how much did the rush service and opening the shop after hours cost me?? Less than $1. They've earned my business for sure!!

I was distressed because I tried hand washing (and laundry washing) my specific garment at home by myself, only to find that odd pink stains and a certain smell came about by doing so. I went to Alpine Dry Cleaners looking for a solution and they fixed my jacket and it came back softer/puffier than its original form! Awesome! . Only thing is, I felt it was a bit pricier than normal, but overall, they did an excellent job, so I'm satisfied!

DO NOT GO to Alpine dry cleaners in Sandy UT, unless you want to be over charged for your clothes…read moreto be ruined. Took my $1000 designer down jacket to be dry cleaned. Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.

Clean and laundered clothes for the win!…read more I always have trouble trusting a dry cleaners because you hear so many horror stories of them messing things up. However, this place was friendly and seemed efficient. The turn around time was quick; dropped it off on a Saturday before closing and was ready for pick up on Tuesday. The drop off and pick up was convenient; they have a drive up, which is awesome because the last thing I want to do these days is get out of my car and a put a mask on.

I dropped off two of my husband's white dress shirts Thursday at 11:30am as a rush. The ticket says ready Friday at 5, and they said they'd call if anything was delayed. Nobody called. I went in at 5:15 and the girl at the counter told me Monday. I told her we had a gala and a funeral this weekend and needed them back ASAP. The best she could offer was having them back at this location Saturday at noon, still dirty. I asked to speak with the owner, and they got Tammi on the phone instead. I had to repeat everything from the beginning, as if the staff hadn't briefed her at all. She called it a miscommunication, said this happens maybe a couple times a year, and kept saying they're human and make mistakes. I get that, mistakes happen. The problem is how she handled it. Like dropping a flaming bag of garbage in my lap. She kept deflecting responsibility and talked over me the whole time, telling me to "be quiet and just listen." I told her more than once these shirts were for a close friend's funeral on Sunday, and she kept lecturing me about how yesterday is gone, tomorrow isn't promised, and all we have is now. Great timing to get philosophical. At the very end of the call, I asked what the "miscommunication" was, since it was a rush order with the deadline printed right on the ticket. That's when she admitted someone never put the shirts on the truck the day before, so they only went out to their Sandy location 15 minutes before I walked in. After 45 minutes at that counter, nobody had offered a credit or anything to earn back our trust. Nobody even said, "We wish we could get them back to you tonight." So I told them my husband would drive to Sandy that night and pick them up himself. He brought them home, still dirty. This is no way to run a business.
