Tide Cleaners is a dry cleaner you can trust. All my suits and my wife's dry clean only dresses go here and they always come back in mint condition. I have also used their premium service to preserve my daughter-in-law's wedding dress. While nervous about entrusting this precious dress to anybody, they assured me it would be well taken care of. They informed me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to complete. About a month after I dropped it off I received a text saying it was ready. The stains on her dress, which had accumulated during a jubilant reception almost a year ago, were gone! The dress was returned, immaculately preserved, in a beautiful presentation box. While you can go inside to drop things off or set up an account, their drive-through service is perfect for jetting in and out of your errands as quickly and conveniently as possible. Came here as a first time customer. The clean everything however I didn't realize I left a bow tie so I was charged the full priced dry cleaning. I was also charged for the suspenders when they told me they would just detach it from the pants. All this was partially my fault but when I was told a certain number of items then charged extra it doesn't seem right. Wish someone would have called before dry cleaning these items. Update: Was called and texted via the district manager for rude cleaner and He was very appreciative of the feedback. I love me some Tide Dry Cleaner! Big name, small town service. I have taken several items in to be cleaned including dress pants, a leather jacket, a cocktail dress and a comforter. They have always taken great care of me and make me glad that I came by. One item was not cleaned to my satisfaction (there was some deodorant stains left on a dress after cleaning). I took it to the counter and they happily re-cleaned it at no charge. When I picked it up the next day it was spotless clean. I love the drive through pick up/drop off, but even more I love the after hours pick up machine. You do need to register ahead of time (once) but then you'll be able to pick up your items any time day or night. Sign up for the weekly email coupons. Had a comforter I needed dry cleaned. Walked in was greeted and I immediately said it was my first time... that wasn't acknowledged at all. Basically told me when to return and I was on my way... When I returned manager helped me. He was definitely nicer and even gave me samples which is nice. Comforter was nice and clean! Service was great. Items done in a day and workers are friendly. Picked up items and accidently received another client's items too. I returned immediately. They need to be cautious because belongings of other's may have sentimental value and more so, just be plain expensive to replace. Real issue is the overwhelming smell of Tide detergent. I got a headache just getting the clothes home. I am trying to air them out, but don't think it will work. May have to take to another cleaners. Too bad because we have an event tomorrow and time is short. Other thing is the cost of $18.00 just for a 2 piece suit. Not sure if this is expensive, because it's been awhile since we dry cleaned. Service and turn-around time was awesome! My husband and I went to take our bridals photos up in the mountains before the wedding, which left his suit and my dress a little dirtied up. I took them into Tide to get cleaned and steamed and they said that my dress would probably take up to a week and the suit would be done the next day. The suit was sure enough done the following day which turned out really nice, and the dress took only a couple days, much faster than the week they estimated. They got all the stains out from the hem of my dress and it looked brand new. Highly recommend for their fast service and easy process. Not only do they have a two lane drive through, making for fast service, but it is totally covered keeping you from the Utah elements. After pulling up, an employee quickly comes to your window. Tide provides you with dry cleaning bags for easy drop off without even having to give your info (it's coded in your bag). We have 2 bags making drop off and pick up cycles even easier. When picking up the employee will hang the clean clothes in the back seat without you having to exit the car. Let's not forget any regular cleaning dropped off by 8am is ready for sand day pick up after 5pm. Amazing! Service is always speedy and friendly. Let's admit it there is something really awesome about not having to get out of your car when you go to the cleaners. Priced about the same as most- but make sure you sign up for emails. You will get a weekly coupon for THURSDAY's. That is the day to drop off. I have dropped off many of my husband's pants, he tends to spill a lot, and have only had one time where some stains were missed. I took them back, they took them right in- their stain guy happened to be there- he treated it right then and 5 minutes later pants were stain free for no extra charge. You can keep a card on file, so you just have to say your name and it will her charged automatically. Wow! I have been looking for a great shirt laundry for years. I have tried everyone. Finally a shirt laundry that actually does their shirts in house and doesn't outsource to a mass "we don't really care" laundry. I saved my shirts waiting for their 50% off grand opening special and now I feel guilty because every shirt was done perfect which is better than I had expected. Wish I could give zero stars. Brought in 4 pairs of pants and about a dozen dress shirts for my usual dry clean heavy starch and press. They offer same day service if you bring in by 9am. I arrived at 8:58 and since it was my first time and wanting to check them out they were super nice in wanting all of my info for their system. That was the only time they were nice. After I asked for the same day service the middle aged woman who works there who dresses and acts like a 20 year old girl told me with an attitude I have to bring them in by 9am. After I told her I arrived 2 minutes before 9 and that taking my info took all of 5 minutes. She smirked and said well since it's your first time we'll make an exception, with a snarky attitude. I should have left then with my clothes... after putting my card on file just so I could pick up after hours that day, I picked up my clothes that night. Got home pulled them out too see how well they did, and to my surprise all of the shirts were wrinkled and looked like clothes do when you accidentally leave them in the wash all day and forget to put them in the dryer, wilted, wrinkled and kind of stink. , the dress pants were the only things pressed and nice, but unfortunately they pressed them on the east and west side instead of north and south side of the pant leg like normal people do. I went back the next morning with the heap of clothing and asked why only half of the dry cleaning was done even though I paid for a full job. I was told by the same immature middle aged woman that that is what I asked for and no more. She began to tell me that new shirts won't hold starch. Which is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. I have and still take brand new dress shirts out of their packaging and starch and press them myself with no difficulty whatsoever. I told her to please starch them heavy and press al log my clothes correctly. She began with her snarky attitude again but I stopped her and said. Lady I don't have time I'm late for work because I've had to teach you guys how to do your job I must leave. She began cursing at me. At which point I again should have left but didn't. Long story short I got my second batch of the same clothes back the next day looking the exact some way they did before just 25% we're sprayed in starch and left on the hanger to dry. I purchased a silk tie on Friday. It was for an upcoming trip and made the mistake of wearing on Saturday. My wife insisted that it be cleaned because of a invisible spot (at least by my standards). But even after talking to the manager and getting promised - I still can't get my shirts done without starch. No Starch...It works one week or even for half my weekly drop offs - they can't deliver that request. A few weeks ago my husband took his sport coat in to be altered and the teenagers had no idea of what to do to take measurements. They did tell him it could be done though. He went back to pick it up yesterday and was charged $30. Not bad until he got it home and found that they hadn't done any alterations and had pinned a note to it that said "this needs to go to a tailor"... No one at Tide had said a word.
