In total, I've been using this place for dry cleaning and alterations for about 15 years. Although…read morethe building is far from beautiful, the service and quality have always been good, convenient and speedy, with reasonable pricing. I've had many pairs of jeans altered here, with original hem and some without, they always come out well and where I wanted the length. However, the real reason I continue to bring my business back, is many years ago, the owner showed me compassion in a time when I thought the world was doomed and there wasn't much of it to be found. It wasn't much, but through a heartfelt and genuine conversation I had with the owner, I knew this was a business I wanted to continue to support. As I still use them for my needs (althouh it may be only once a year), I don't think she remembers our previous encounter that was so touching to my heart, but I always will :)

I have also used their premium service to preserve my daughter-in-law's wedding dress. While nervous about entrusting this precious dress to anybody, they assured me it would be well taken care of. They informed me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to complete. About a month after I dropped it off I received a text saying it was ready. The stains on her dress, which had accumulated during a jubilant reception almost a year ago, were gone! The dress was returned, immaculately preserved, in a beautiful presentation box. While you can go inside to drop things off or set up an account, their drive-through service is perfect for jetting in and out of your errands as quickly and conveniently as possible. Staff are always smiling and friendly. I can highly recommend this business.

If I never had to deal with the owners, I'd be happy as can be with the place. It's hard having to try to figure out when Claudia won't be manning the front counter in order to not get treated poorly. Their work is great. But they need to remember who pays their bills.

Hotels have some services, but they always want to return it to you after 6pm the next day, which never works because you typically need laundry the second to last or last day, long before 6pm. That's on top of being way more expensive and a bigger hassle than you ever get with Foam! The owner reached out to me and ensured that I had a spectacular experience. On a random weeknight, someone came and picked up my bags of laundry at 8pm, and I had it back and was wearing it 4 hours later. I'm a Foam-er for life now!

I was not aware before trying their service that they fold the laundry when giving it back, which was a pleasant surprise! New review 4.29.2020 - let me start by saying I realize covid-19 damaged a lot of businesses. But I…read morehave to say this business damaged themselves. Over the past year they made some dramatic changes to the way they did business which weren't very positive. Next day or two day service turned into three or four... Then my clothes which I would ask for certain things to be done such as light starch or flat press weren't done either. Yesterday I showed up at the store and they had a sign saying they were only open 3 days a week and of course their hours are set in a way that if any working person needs them they can't get anything picked up or dropped off... Today was supposed to be a open day and I showed up 4 minutes late. The little Asian woman inside kept screaming we're closed at me... 4 freaking minutes late.... I had 10 dress shirts and 5 slacks. By that number you could expect close to $60 or $70 in dry cleaning.. companies are complaining about going out of business and this STUPID girl couldn't open the door four minutes after 5 p.m.... I sent them a lot of business even after they bought out the previous dry cleaner... From here on out I will give them the most negative report and tell people to find someone else. If you care about your business going down with covid-19, it doesn't appear that way. The changes you've made in your business makes you seem like you think you're a primadonna. I will either iron my own crap or take it somewhere else..... You should close your doors. You are the WORST.. And not just because of today but the quality of work you put out in the last year... I only came to you because you were close. Not anymore. This cleaner recently went under new ownership. They remodeled and changed up quite a bit of the business process. I had a bad experience and posted a different review. The owner reached out to me and we had an excellent conversation. I appreciate this level of professionalism. Changed my review from 2 to 4 stars.

I paid for the services and planned to pick up next month. She asked for another fitting visit which was expected. I went to the fitting visit and she hadn't started but had the length pinned (which I thought shouldn't have taken a full month). Anyways the length was good from what was pinned but the next time I came by it seemed like she hadn't really modified it or barely did. So we asked if she could shorten it and if the bustle could be brought in better. Since our event was that week of we asked if it'd be ready and she said yes. The day before the event, we picked up the dress and it was sloppily hemmed and a bit uneven. Not much we can do at this point but what was really disappointing was the customer service. The owner Anna was extremely rude and short with us. She only responded with one word answers and wasn't helpful in explaining the bustle. Needless to say we took the dress and left. And I won't be using her services for dry cleaning or future alterations in the future.
