The Best "go-to" Dry Cleaners! Although City Cleaners is small in size and closed on Saturday,…read morethey are BIG on excellent service and exceptional dry cleaning! They know what they are doing with specialty, delicate, unique & basic dry cleaning; and of course their infamous STAIN REMOVING techniques!! My husband's favorite tan suede shirt, had the old "Red Pen Leakage" issue on the front pocket and was going to throw it away. I took it to City Cleaners and they TOTALLY removed the stain! Not a trace left! (I did know NOT to treat the stain at all, but just take it in). I called several cleaners about cleaning my Nikken Comforters with magnets. None of them knew anything about "Nikken and Magnets". Called City Cleaners and they knew exactly what I was talking about and how they need to be cleaned. I Love City!

No worries, he must be busy, I'll wait a second. He walks by me again, seemingly making eye contact, no response. I ring the bell twice, no response. He walks by again, definitely making eye contact, no response. I rang the bell a few more times and loudly for good measure, nothing. Can't say much about the service, as they refused to give me any lol. Place was kinda worn down. I never leave yelps, but if by any chance that wasn't the owner, they should know that the guy working Monday morning probably shouldn't be working

Clean and laundered clothes for the win!…read more I always have trouble trusting a dry cleaners because you hear so many horror stories of them messing things up. However, this place was friendly and seemed efficient. The turn around time was quick; dropped it off on a Saturday before closing and was ready for pick up on Tuesday. The drop off and pick up was convenient; they have a drive up, which is awesome because the last thing I want to do these days is get out of my car and a put a mask on.

This place is run by teenagers and a manager named Tammi who makes their mistakes your problem to…read moreclean up. I dropped off two of my husband's white dress shirts Thursday at 11:30am as a rush. The ticket says ready Friday at 5, and they said they'd call if anything was delayed. Nobody called. I went in at 5:15 and the girl at the counter told me Monday. I told her we had a gala and a funeral this weekend and needed them back ASAP. The best she could offer was having them back at this location Saturday at noon, still dirty. I asked to speak with the owner, and they got Tammi on the phone instead. I had to repeat everything from the beginning, as if the staff hadn't briefed her at all. She called it a miscommunication, said this happens maybe a couple times a year, and kept saying they're human and make mistakes. I get that, mistakes happen. The problem is how she handled it. Like dropping a flaming bag of garbage in my lap. She kept deflecting responsibility and talked over me the whole time, telling me to "be quiet and just listen." I told her more than once these shirts were for a close friend's funeral on Sunday, and she kept lecturing me about how yesterday is gone, tomorrow isn't promised, and all we have is now. Great timing to get philosophical. At the very end of the call, I asked what the "miscommunication" was, since it was a rush order with the deadline printed right on the ticket. That's when she admitted someone never put the shirts on the truck the day before, so they only went out to their Sandy location 15 minutes before I walked in. After 45 minutes at that counter, nobody had offered a credit or anything to earn back our trust. Nobody even said, "We wish we could get them back to you tonight." So I told them my husband would drive to Sandy that night and pick them up himself. He brought them home, still dirty. This is no way to run a business.
