On a time crunch as it is... I go in at 7:05am to pick up my dry cleaning. Door is still locked. They finally let me in and tell me to wait 5 minutes... I stand around for another 15 minutes with no help. 3 employees there in the that apparently can't operate a cash register or simply locate my clothes. What a waste of time! Will figure out another day and wait later in the evening so the proper staffing is there to do their job. read more

Such a SCAM. I took 5 very basic items and they charged me over $80 dollars. The website advertises same day cleaning if you deliver by 9am and pickup after 5 (even asked the attendant when I dropped off my items)- I dropped my items off at 8:45am, came back at 5 and was bluntly told my pickup was ready in two days (due to a Sunday). I cannot believe I had to spend $20+ on cleaning a basic chiffon dress. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

I was just on their website to see if they did alterations and dry cleaned sleeping bags. And they do both. Then I read the last review about not getting an email or any notification when your items are ready. I have been going here for the last couple of years (Bountiful Location) and when I drop off they always tell me 5pm the next business day. I always get a notification. Very friendly service and they do a very nice Job. I highly recommend Henries cleaners. I'm not sure of the last person who reviewed, however I would give them another shot. And sometimes in my experience with any customer service they are not always perfect. However its always nice to let the management know of your complaint so they can fix the situation. I used dry cleaners all the time back in NY but it doesn't seem to be necessary anymore now that I am out here. So when I noticed a dress I recently purchased was dry clean only I had to hunt down a new spot. Unfortunately, now that we are in Bountiful our options are limited. But thanks to the few reviews so far, we knew Henrie's would be the best option over all others. We needed to get a three piece suit and a white dress dry cleaned for our upcoming wedding weekend events. We were nervous to try out a new place and test our important items, but in the end, they didn't disappoint. I brought the items in before 730am and the attendant helped take all of my information and log our items. I asked how long it would take to have them cleaned and she said they would be ready after 5pm. I was impressed! I thought for sure I would have to wait a day or two, but it makes me feel more confident knowing they are doing it all right there and not sending stuff out (less chance of losing stuff). She asked if I wanted a confirmation email and I said sure. Unfortunately, just like a previous reviewer noted, the email never came. I called when I got home at 530 to check if they were ready, and as promised, they were. The suit looked great and was neatly pressed. The dress had makeup around the collar and it was all removed which I was grateful for. The only thing I noticed was that the dress had some pilling on it so I am not sure what caused it, but otherwise the dress looked great. The prices are a bit steep for my preference, but I would rather pay more for the quality than risk having my stuff ruined to pay less. Glad we were able to check out the location close to us and we will be sure to come back when we need items cleaned again. read more

They were fast and friendly with convenient service-they come out to your car. But most importantly, our clothes were very well cared for and ready the next day. We've done business shirts, silk skirts and tops, sweaters, and regular dry cleaning. Happy with all of it! read more

Their work was fine, but when I dropped off my dress I was quoted at $30 and when I picked it up it was $50. This was a drastic discrepancy from the quoted amount. When I asked why it increased, I was told the woman I had dropped off with doesn't typically work the front register. I feel a little taken advantage of, to be honest. read more

Henrie's is the one and only place I take anything to be cleaned! They have great customer service, great prices, great turn around, and they offer free item pickup and delivery! What?! They provide you a bag to leave your item(s) in and they take care of the rest. I've never been more pleased with a dry cleaners. My only wish is that I had discovered them sooner! Henries: Do a first class job; do it quickly; very nice folks; convenient when dropping off as you park right in front and a person comes out to assist you with unloading. As well, they have the option for 'pick up from and delivery to' your home. My husbands shirts, pants and jackets are all custom (due to his height) and I am fully confident Henries will take good care of them. read more

Recently tried this place for the first time, as am new to the area. Although their marketing material says that they're one of the best cleaners around, not only was I promised that my clothes would be done by yesterday afternoon, but also I could expect to receive an email notification upon their competition (thought this was quite fancy and innovative). There's nothing worse than a business building up your expectations only to let you down. As I'm sure you've realized by now, I never received a notification, and by the time I realized this, the business was closed for the day. First visit, let me remind you, and already not so great. The woman who normally does my alterations went of vacation and recommended I use Henrie's for an alteration while she was out of town. I took a jacket here to be altered. The clerk measured the sleeves and told me it would be ready today. I called this morning to make sure I could pick it up and I was informed that they weren't able to alter the jacket because of the way I had pinned the sleeves. First of all, THEY measured the sleeves, not me. Secondly, if they knew it was a problem 4 days ago, why didn't they call and let me know? She said they tried but couldn't reach me. I checked my phone and there was no missed call and no voicemail from them. Very disappointed--this is bad customer service on a number of levels. I hope they are better at dry cleaning than they are at alterations. read more
