Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.

I've had many pairs of jeans altered here, with original hem and some without, they always come out well and where I wanted the length. However, the real reason I continue to bring my business back, is many years ago, the owner showed me compassion in a time when I thought the world was doomed and there wasn't much of it to be found. It wasn't much, but through a heartfelt and genuine conversation I had with the owner, I knew this was a business I wanted to continue to support. As I still use them for my needs (althouh it may be only once a year), I don't think she remembers our previous encounter that was so touching to my heart, but I always will :)

Over the past year they made some dramatic changes to the way they did business which weren't very positive. Next day or two day service turned into three or four... Then my clothes which I would ask for certain things to be done such as light starch or flat press weren't done either. Yesterday I showed up at the store and they had a sign saying they were only open 3 days a week and of course their hours are set in a way that if any working person needs them they can't get anything picked up or dropped off... Today was supposed to be a open day and I showed up 4 minutes late. The little Asian woman inside kept screaming we're closed at me... 4 freaking minutes late.... I had 10 dress shirts and 5 slacks. By that number you could expect close to $60 or $70 in dry cleaning.. companies are complaining about going out of business and this STUPID girl couldn't open the door four minutes after 5 p.m.... I sent them a lot of business even after they bought out the previous dry cleaner... From here on out I will give them the most negative report and tell people to find someone else. If you care about your business going down with covid-19, it doesn't appear that way. The changes you've made in your business makes you seem like you think you're a primadonna. I will either iron my own crap or take it somewhere else..... You should close your doors. You are the WORST.. And not just because of today but the quality of work you put out in the last year... I only came to you because you were close. Not anymore. This cleaner recently went under new ownership. They remodeled and changed up quite a bit of the business process. Very few machines available because people leave their clothes in there and nobody says anything …read more I don't know if there's a manager or employee on site but I didn't see one. Every other laundromat I've been to always has someone cleaning or going around and making sure the machines are being emptied when clothes has been left in them for more than 15 min so other people can use them. It's also extremely dirty in there . There is dryer sheets and left behind socks all over the floor , there's wet underwear just put out on top of the washers that people leave behind , theres piles of trash on top of machines. I don't expect much from a laundromat but this one is the worst one I've been to and it's expensive for the poor quality they provide. It would literally take 15 min for someone to go around and sweep and throw away piles of trash. Disappointed. The dryers are expensive too and you can't just put in another quarter if you need a little extra dry time you have to 25 cents for 3 extra minutes . Def not coming back
