She also said the dryers are just for washing customers only, never heard that before and been doing laundry for years here when in need as I live around the corner. Apparently at a laundromat you can't use the services if it's not convenient for them? My dryer just went out and am waiting for the part to come in, why would I wash my laundry there when I can wash at my house? She was incredibly rude and kept referencing her "boss" would mad at her because it's for paying customers only, ummmm, I did pay for the dryers, not like they are free. The one literally a block away is way better, friendlier, and nicer machines.

Do not come here! This place took my money, and when I asked for help, the lady told me there was…read morenothing she could do about it. I followed the instructions on the keypad, only to find out that apparently, you're supposed to ignore them. I pointed out that this made no sense, but "today," the signs with the instructions had been put away. So, apparently, that was my fault. Since I didn't receive the service I paid for, I asked for a refund. She told me that wasn't possible. When I asked why, her response was simply, "We just don't." She later clarified that she personally couldn't issue the refund. So, I asked for the owner's or manager's phone number. She gave me a number for someone supposedly named Brandy, but the number was disconnected. The call was on speaker, so she heard the disconnected message herself. She then said she would personally text the owner. She pulled out her phone, and before she even sent the text, she suddenly became able to "just" give me my $5 back. Funny how that worked! Be aware: The lack of customer service, the unclear instructions, and the refusal to refund my money until I asked to speak to the owner were extremely frustrating. I shouldn't have had to go through all of this just to get back $5 for a service I never received. Looking for an alternative? I recommend Washouse Laundry at 1752 W. 700 N. They have a 4.3-star rating, so you might want to give them a try instead! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
