Facilities are clean and modern. There are a few tables and several benches for seating. Several taller tables to fold clothes. The machines are digitalized and newer. I will do laundry here regularly. My only gripe and why it's a 4 star for me, is that to use the app or payment card system, you have to load a minimum of $10. There's something romantic about using a laundromat- baskets of laundry all around, sitting on a counter waiting for your stuff to be done and then folding your clothes on a public table...it's just so dreamy. The facilities are clean and there is an abundance of equipment of varying sizes. I had a large blanket that needed to be washed so I used the 8 wash washing machine and it was quick and effective. The larger machines are kind of costly, but considering it reduces # of loads needed, I guess it makes sense. The dryer worked well and dried the blanket in the standard time. I could cry. This is the best laundromat I have ever been to. I just moved to UT from TX and am using a laundromat for the first time in 15 years. I was so sad to go back (and tried several other local laundromats before finding this one) and was totally grossed out, finding other people's hair and grass stuck to my "clean" clothes. Then, I found WaveMax. I have never seen such a clean laundromat. It is super reasonably priced, the washers and dryers are the most top of the line machines I have ever used. They use hospital grade sanitation on them, too. You get five free dollars when you load your card with $50 and, with their free dryer days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, this will last me over a month. Angela was working when I was there and she was so patient, friendly, and helpful. She walked us through the experience, gave us valuable info about the services they offer, and was just an absolute pleasure to talk to. This place is super clean and well maintain the staff is extremely helpful and very polite. One of the great amenities is you have a card that you can add cash to which is a major plus not having to use coins or cash. They offer drop off services as well, which is a great value so you don't have to surround and wait for your clothes to wash and dry. read more

Great clean place to go & do laundry in Midvale. It's a yr old. I'm told it's a family business. They do a great job at keeping this place clean and up to date. The big win for us is that it's right next to Sagato at a bakery - our fav! The guy that works there his name is Josh he was able to show us how to use the machine and how to purchase a card see video and photo attached. The machine size and cost is cheaper than the laundromat next to Sam's Club which we also love. We did two loads of our blankets and they were washed great and smells fabulous. The place is always clean and the atmospheric temperature is appropriate for the weather outside. The dryers dry real fast. They have front loader washers and dryers. The smallest takes 20 pounds and the biggest 60 pounds. You are given a card to load so no need for coins. Also you can use the card at the vending machines. The machines sell everything from soap to Pepsi. I'm handicapped and need to take in my own camping chair and today one of the ladies said she was going to ask someone about getting a wheeled chair for people in my situation. But they have been ok with my chair and very understanding of my disability. The doors are a bit heavy but other patrons are willing to help hold the doors for you. Also instead of using the card they also have an app so you can use you phone. I don't know if there is wifi. I use my xfinity connection when I get there. The have tvs on the walls that play 80s and 90s videos. Smells clean. I haven't used the bathroom yet, we are never there that long. read more

I've been here twice to knock out our homes bigger items like the king size down comforters. The staff is always helpful. They have a cute little snack bar and laundry supply selection in a little window to purchase. You use a loaded card type system to top your card up and it works well. Floors are squeaky clean. Their machines have zero crusty detergent buildup which happens to be a pet peeve of mine in every other laundromat I visit. They use the latest and greatest Electrolux machines and I'd I remember correctly, the dryer lint is whisked away somewhere inside the dryer, you don't even have to remove it yourself! I'll be visiting more often now as I have a short term rental home and there's tons of linens that need to be turned around quickly. read more

This is the second time I have used a WaveMax location. I use the drop off service. I travel a lot and doing laundry at the hotel is a pain and I rather be doing other things on my day off. These are always clean and the staff is friendly. The turn around is quick i usually drop off first thing when they open and they quote 6-7 hours but it is usually much quicker. I bring my own soap and supplies but they do have them if you need them. I set up an account and now when I go to different locations my information is there. When my laundry is done I get a text. Very efficient and the cost is reasonable. I will keep on using them where available. read more

I can't believe how fast their washers and dryers are, and overall how clean the place was! I loved that they use cards and not coins, and overall was so impressed with their system.
