Yup. This is my guy. Strong work, especially on strong stains. I have a tendency to wait a little too long in between visits to the drycleaner, so my white shirts always have a little work to be done. But my guy here at Fashion Care is on top of it. There's hardly anything better than a crisp shirt, and there's never a crisper one than the first time back from FC. When I say crisp, it's all relative. I'm not a starch fan, so they're soft but impeccably pressed. Prices are pretty darn cheap still, but remember than suit coats are pricey no matter where you go. They charge $10 here, so if you can find it cheaper you may be on to a little something. Still, I dropped off two suits (jacket + pants) and a shirt and was out for $32. The first (and only) cleaners Ive been to since moving to SLC. They offer great, friendly, and fast service. They even remembered my first name a week after dropping of my first items, which was a nice surprise and very impressive. They have taken extremely good care of all of the items that I have dropped off to be cleaned (and none of them have been cheap items either, all blouses and dresses that are valued at $150 or more each). Everything has been cleaned well and returned in excellent condition; also- they do their cleaning in house which is always a plus to me knowing that my items arent being shuttled around town. I dropped one white blouse off that got a rust stain on it, fully expecting them not to be able to remove it, but I wanted to try to see if the blouse could be saved before I tossed it. They couldnt get the stain out entirely and kept apologizing for it and told me they tried several means in which to remove the stain but just couldnt and they were so sorry. I told them it was really no big deal, but I was so impressed that they tried so hard to remove the stain. He was busy when I went in so he gave me a ticket and sent me on my way saying thank you. I was only able to tell him about one stain. When I went back he was working on the stain that I didn't mention (a latte spilled all over some linen pants). Everything was cleaned perfectly. He takes AMEX which to me means he is willing to make a little less money in order to make his customers happy. Show him any stains and they will be gone. We had a friendly conversation a he helped me carry the clothes to the car. I like this guy. read more

We had used them for years, but they went under new management about a year ago. I brought in a pair of my husband's pants, part of an expensive suit. The computers were malfunctioning the day I brought them in, so the lady at the front wrote down our name and number. I came back to pick them up and she couldn't find them. She asked me to come back in a few days. We gave them 2 months to find them. Each time we went back they either pretended not to remember us, claimed we never brought them, asked for more time, pretended we had never picked them up. It was absolutely ridiculous. They never apologized. Finally, they offered a voucher for free dry cleaning. Seriously?!?! read more

My first time there, took Suit Pants in to be dry cleaned that had been worn 3 times since I purchased them, picked them up Monday afternoon, put them on Tuesday morning only to fine 3 burn holes in the seat. took them back Tuesday afternoon and asked what they could do for me- told them I was a reasonable person and didn't want them to pay $150 to replace the pants, I just wanted them fixed. was told no, nothing we can do. we did nothing. my reply was some one burned 3 holes in my pants and if they cared they would try SOMETHING.... Beware! I read the Yelp reviews before heading to this dry cleaners, and was aware of the change in management. I handed over a 3 piece suit dry cleaned and 8 dress shirts steamed and pressed (I washed each one prior to giving them in to get them steamed and pressed so they were absolutely clean, just wrinkly). The lady at the register seemed nice. Reasonable price was charged, and time frame was acceptable. Things went south when I walked in a few days later to pick up. I brought the clothing home...only to find that EVERY SINGLE CUFF on each of the lighter shirts had VISIBLE MARKS left from the steamer. One of the more expensive shirts had a YELLOW DISCOLORATION running along the side of the cuff at the creases! I had to WASH EVERYTHING OVER AGAIN, what a waste of money and time! This is unacceptable, clothing must always be thoroughly checked by the cleaners before labeling it as clean and handing it back to the customer!!! If you're going to do something right, do it right the first time, otherwise stand back and watch someone else do it for you. I for one will NOT be doing business with Fashion Cleaners again! read more
