This facility is nice enough and there are big oversized machines (as well as regular and mini machines) BUT there is no one on site that works here if you have any issues with the machines. I am drying big heavy sleeping bags and there is no way to set the time for a half hour or more. You have to pay 25 cents at a time for 3 minutes. If you use a card you have to stand there and keep swiping a quarter at a time. If you use change, it will take 3 so you have to add every 9 minutes. Pretty frustrating. read more

I'm so disappointed in this place! The internet is down, so it doesn't accept cards. There is no attendant on duty and the number to call for help is useless. It is not the cleanest. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

We have come here a hand full of times and it is obvious it has changed management. We use the laundry mat when we want to wash a huge amount of bedding because we have short term rentals. The last couple times the credit card device isn't working on half the machines so you have to keep trying and moving the laundry. To advert this problem, bring lots of dollar bills or quarters. Today two different dryers kept turning off after I put all the quarters in. Annoying! No one is available and it is aggravating as you lost the quarters, have to get more coins and move everything around to find a working dryer. Next time we will drive a little further to the new laundry mat on 900 by Macy's. We use a laundry mat to save time and this just wasted more time! read more

First time here very quiet which was nice. No tv to watch though a little TOO quiet I mean at least play music or something.. luckily I didn't have to go to the bathroom it was locked and it had an annoying beep going on the whole time I was there. The machines to wash my blankets were out BUMMER.. so had to use an extra machine to do what I wanted to. But place was clean has an area to sit and eat something which was cool. Dryers don't dry. I tried 2 of them when I was there and neither one of them dried my clothes. Waist of my money. Will be going else where.

Most of the dryers have no heat and you don't know it until you've dried your clothes for an hour and they're still soaking wet. Most washers don't have hot water and you don't know it until your clothes are still soiled when you're folding them. Phone # is disconnected and no way of getting money back or reporting a problem. This was one of the most frustrating experiences my wife and I have ever had trying to wash clothes. None of the credit card machines were working in the washing machines. There's not even a warning that they may not work so we lost all the soap that we put in the washers. Bathrooms weren't open for customers. If I could rate this place a zero I would. I spent more than $10 trying to dry my clothes for 2 hours. All of their dryers were having issues except the only 2 large ones they had. So many people in there were having the same issues. There was a horrible smell like poop throughout the place. Washing machines smelled musty and there was residue of other peoples detergent/softener all over the washers. Horrible place wouldn't recommend. Also their card readers overcharge. read more

My washer broke and while waiting 12 days for my new one to be delivered I had to get laundry done. This place is small but very clean, unlike most other laundromats I've been in,this place was nice and cool even with all the washers and dryers going. They have a change and detergent machine, there are bathrooms but they are only accessible with when an attendant is there. Needless to say I just missed the attendant and had to run next door to use the bathroom. There is a tv but wasnt on, I'm assuming it's only on when the attendant is there too. read more

Avoid, I came to do laundry while traveling. No attendant on duty. I ran my credit card for a small box of detergent. My credit card was billed but machine didn't despence any detergent. I called the help number listed and got a recording and left a message. Brian called me back, I told him what happened. His response was, "bummer". Avoid this place! read more

Love this place! I go here a couple times a week after work and it is always clean the machines are affordable and the staff member Amber who is there on the night shift is amazing always friendly and helpful especially when bringing in 5 loads of laundry with a toddler. She shares coloring stuff she has at the desk and turns on netflix for her whenever we come in which is a life saver when you take a toddler anywhere for that amount of time! read more

Really clean, friendly helpful staff, convenient to be able to use my debit card instead of getting quarters. Dryers are hot and work very fast...be careful not to put too much time in because a little bit of time goes a long way! My dryer died and that was a bummer but finding this place makes things a little better until I can get it replaced! read more

Dryers are awesome, huge, cheap and fast. They accept debit and credit cards which is very convenient. Staff is rude, don't know how to communicate like normal people. Guess that's why they work there, away from human contact. 3 stars for the awesome dryers and cleanliness. read more

I went there to do laundry on March 4th after I had loaded my laundry in the washers and added soap and fabric softener I tried to pay and my card was declined (I had plenty of $$) and so I went to get quarters finding out the coin machine was out of quarters...I had to take all my laundry out, taking a loss of the soap and softener... it was a very disappointing experience read more

I agree with the lady who posted about the manager of the Easy Wash. The young lady with lots of makeup and bad skin has a really bad attitude. I'm sure this is a family business because she has a attitude like she doesn't care. She never cleans and everytime you ask her a questions she always sighs like its a huge deal. The other ladies who work there are all so nice and helpful especially since I have to go with my child, they offer her color books and change the channel to cartoons so my daughter enjoys going. This time however the manager took her time visiting with her friend in her office and avoided my daughter and then told her they don't have books for her and when I told her the other ladies keep some for kids she replied that it wasn't their job to entertain people's kids. Rude. Rude. Rude. I am a regular customer and have been coming here for months once a week and this will be my last time. Update. The lady told me to call the number on the sign if I had a complaint and so I did and lo and behold it was the guy who goes and hangs out with her in her office. I told him my complaints and he told me that was not true and he told me he represents the manager and I have to go through him. This is why she has such a bad attitude. The guy Brian told me I don't need to get a hold of the owner because he represents him. SO nothing will ever be done to this rude manager because the guy who you have to complain will protect her and her bad attitude. read more
