Best customer service I've ever had! Isabella helped me unload my truck with 11 bags of laundry. She told me that "we're going to get this done really quick! Don't you worry!" 11 bags and 3 machines! She helped me load them and she put just the right amount of soap. Saved me so much money because she knew which machines to use and how much! I thought I was going to be here for hours, but not the case. Last time I spent $90 at another place and so far I've only $39 with just the washers! read more

Brand new washers. Nice staff lady. Very clean but hardly no parking spaces unfortunately so you need to park up front with your hazards on to unload a lot of clothes. The attendant is super helpful and runs a tight ship. It was busy on a Sunday but there were still PLENTY of washers and dryers available for use both large sizes and regular sized machines. Vending machines have good options, it's clean kept, and the machines work well. I would definitely recommend this laundromat for catching up on laundry. I had about 7 total loads worth of clothing/bedding and for both drying and washing it was averaged $55 which is not bad in my book. The photos are a bit outdated and there have been updates so overall it's great. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. It was unfortunately the closest laundromat to us. We just moved and haven't gotten our washer and dryer yet. We had two loads, $8 each. One load didn't start after my partner put $8 in quarters in. So he used his card and the load started. He told the attendant, only to be told they don't give refunds. I will NEVER go here again. It is worth the gas to go to a farther one. Rude and terrible customer service, plus a rip off. read more

It is true. This is one of the cleanest in town, but potentially helping to spread bugs through the community. Also, recently they increased their prices. I paid $4 for one of their smaller dryers + an extra dollar for extra time. I received 38 minutes for five dollars. It's an expensive dry compared to other laundromats. I set my dryer for high heat, and I ended up with luke warm damp clothes. My kids brought home lice from a summer camp. My apologies to the community for spreading it because the dryer definitely did not reach 120° How much can one laundromat help spread lice, scabies, and bedbugs without giving the community access to hot dryers? Could it be that they lowered their electric bill while increasing the price? read more

Clean, not crowded - good equipment - convenient parking- gets them 3 stars BUT they lose 2 stars and me as a customer for being the most expensive laundromat I've seen in Salt Lake Valley. They must have new owner for such a drastic change. SO EXPENSIVE that I just did a small load in a top load machine to get by. All huge dryers with a high "minimum" which was more $ than I wanted to spend on drying. Pushed button for "warm" asked for another quarter. Pushed button for "full load" asked for another quarter. Pushed button for "extra dirty" asked for another quarter. All on top of a high base price for a single load. I just didn't like it. Good place to go if you're not on a tight budget. This place is pretty great. I like that they have HUGE washing machines, up to 8 loads! It fit all of our laundry for 3 adults and 1 toddler. I had to use a smaller one for whites of course. And I think that the prices are completely reasonable. The only problem I encountered was when the vending machine ate my dollar. However, I called the number posted for any issues and a gentleman answered and was able to remotely send me a dollar back through their change machine right away. What great service! read more

I have to highly disagree with these poor reviews. I have gone here several times and have had an awesome experience with couple minor problems with "a couple" washers here" Info for the owner is quite noticeable on the door to the left as you enter. Every time I've had problems or other customers ask me for help and I contacted the manager, he is such a great guy and starts dryers automatically PLUS time added to dryer, starts washers automatically for a full wash as reimbursement or has always refunded my money right away upon having the problem and solved within a couple minutes. I highly recommend this place to wash clothes. This place is the absolute best laundromat I've ever been to in my life. read more

I like having the option to use my debit card instead of quarters or an app. It is always clean, has machines of all sizes and I always find one available. I recently left my debit card and they kept it safe and arranged for me to pick it up. I appreciated their honest and help! read more

First let's start by saying they need to update their website with accurate information. The website says they are open 24/7. Not only are they not open 24/7, when they are supposed to open at 6 am none of the electricity was on to even be able to wash clothes. I don't know if an employee is supposed to be there or what but there was no way to do laundry. Also their website states that between certain times of the day the dryers are supposed to be free. The dryers are NEVER free and not only that but a handful of dryers will take your money and spin but there is no heat to dry the clothes. There are no out of order signs on these dryers so you waste money and time waiting for the dryer to finish all to have to waste more money and time once you realize you have to do it all over again. Another thing is this place says they have free wifi but they do not have any signs to give the password for anyone to sign in. I think their website is classic bait and switch. They put so many things that they have to offer and when you get there you find out it was all fiction. I won't go here again. Honesty goes a long way with me. read more

I went to this laundromat on April 13th 2018, and this laundrymat has a cool app that give you rewards, when you use the app. However on this day the internet went down and they machine took my money and the machine didn't work. I have been in touch with the owner for the last month. He has jerked me around and around stating that he contacted the credit card company and they stop the charge. I advised him that I was still charged, He stated would refund me by cash I advised him to send me a check through the mail, and that never happen either. This guy makes false promises, on refunding a big $14.25. I am telling you now don't go here. Put this man out of business he don't care about the customers at all. read more

I love the washers and the convenience for people that don't carry cash. But there is a down side to this place. 1. The ATM is broken. 2. The bathroom is filthy and no toilet paper. 3. The soda machine stole my money. 4. NO ONE is around to fix any problems that may occur. You can't even call to get anything fixed. read more

I can't believe the price is 2.00 for a 30 minute dryer minimum . The prices are outrages compared to other laundromats for them t old machines, it would have been a lot cheaper with newer machines at my hotel, save your money and go somewhere else. It was the first place open this morning I should have waited. I guess When it rains it pours, after having to run the dryer cycle twice because the seals were not tight on the first set, I go to use the restroom and there is no toilet paper or paper towels and a silver dollar size nub of soda sitting on the sink. I went to this laundromat because I am having a hard time finding a time when my young adult children aren't using our washer and dryer. I searched for the closest laundry and voila - up came the Whitewash Laundromat. I haven't been to a laundromat for a very long time. However, there were a few suggestions I have for improving the Whitewash Laundromat. 1. Have an attendant on hand during the hours that are posted for an attendant to be on hand. 2. Fix the bathroom. Doing laundry can take a long time. Not being able to use a bathroom is a deal breaker for me. I won't go here again until that is fixed. 3. Have an attendant on hand during the hours that are posted. (I know I said this before, but several washers ate my money. I know machines can be difficult and I don't blame the management for that, but knowing that someone would be on hand at sometime to reimburse me would have been a big plus.) I think my children and I have reached a solution to our in home laundry issues. However, I will probably try another laundromat next time. read more

Reading over the previous review, I had my doubts, however, I thought I would check this location out for myself. My first impression was good overall, the building was clean, and there was a large selection of machines in various sizes. I was able to do all of my laundry in one big and one small machine. After which I loaded the dryers and found no issues. There was one machine that was marked as out of order so I stayed away from this one. I am currently writing this review from my laptop while waiting for my laundry to dry. The WI-FI password was marked on two different signs on the wall. The prices were comparable to any other laundromat I have used in the past. If the issues noted in the previous post were correct, it would seem that management has corrected the issues, and done what was needed to remedy the issues. As we speak, I am streaming my favorite show on HULU while awaiting my fresh linens. The only issue I noted at all, was that the bathroom, although clean for a public restroom didn't have any toilet paper to use. Overall I am satisfied with my experience. The only reason I decided to write this is to provide a counter to the previous bad review. If your washer/dryer is on the fritz, overall I would recommend giving this location a chance.
