I carefully transported my blazer in a garment bag through a couple airports, only to learn upon arrival in Salt Lake City, that I had dragged it through some substances unknown to mankind. Desperately seeking an open same day or next day dry cleaner, I came across one that was near my hotel in Draper, Utah. I called, and like most if not all, they were closed on Sunday. However, I left my phone number in the hope that maybe I would get a call Monday morning, then I moved on to explore what other options I had. Within just a couple of minutes, my phone rang with Rebecca cheerfully and kindly on the other end offering to be of service. She explained that if I brought my blazer in by nine in the morning, I would have it by three in the afternoon. Wow that's all I can say. What great service. I'm looking forward to meeting her, and paying what I'm sure will be a reasonable amount for such great service. Thank you Rebecca and Team for helping me with my dilemma before the big event Monday evening. May God bless and sufficiently strengthen you all. read more

Horrible people. They lost an expensive sheet and would take no responsibility for it. They were also very rude about it. Me and my client have spent lots of money here but we will never return. Raquel and Rebekah are awful and dishonest. read more

Absolutely horrific experience. I have a Detail shop in Draper and we have brought towels to them since 2019. We had agreed upon pricing but with the winter being slower, we hadn't brought towels for the last four weeks. Totally understand if they wanted to charge us a tiny bit more But it seriously isn't even a wash and fold anymore. It's just a wash. They just charge $95 for the same amount of towels. We've been getting washed the last five years. Their service has been embarrassing. I seriously wouldn't trust them if you want a good deal and to feel taken care of! read more

I took my new white comforter here with some tough period stains and they got them out! Your first time is 50% off too. I thought the service was fabulous and quick. I'm very happy with the results. Only cost $17 for a big comforter. read more

Left things to be sized...told it would be 2 weeks and about $30 -a month later still nothing and worker says they didn't know where they are at... come on how unprofessional- I will be doing free advertising about how not to go here - update 3 days after the third time of going back they found the pants but now wanted $50 or no getting pants back??? What the heLLo please avoid headaches i got here read more

I've been using Tide for over a year now and sadly do not find them 5 stars. Friendliness and customer service is fantastic. Here's the issue. I wear a dress shirt 4-5 days a week so I've had a lot of shirts dry cleaned by them over the last year. They have ruined 2 shirts, which they paid for. Three times I've had to take shirts back with odd stains that were not there when I brought them in. If I send in 10 shirts, every time two shirts will have funky iron creases on them. The worst is when they mess up the French cuffs. It's frustrating to put a shirt on only to realize you can't wear it because tide botched the pressing. I still use them every week because of the convenience of drop off and after hours pick up. But dang Tide you've caused a lot of frustrating mornings for me! read more

First time to Tide Dry Cleaners in Draper. Upon my entering the store there were two Hispanic girls testing on their phones and talking to each other. I was not greeted when entering. When one of the girls finally approached the counter she said "drop off" and I said, "this is my first time here so I would like pricing please". Then she and the other Hispanic girl started talking Spanish and laughing and using profanity in Spanish which I understood. I then picked up my items that I wanted dry cleaned and walked out of the store. Very very unprofessional staff !!! read more

First time using these guys for my clothes. Had two pair of pants and two coat jackets. Was a great price, $35-ish, and fast and easy to drop it off and pick it up from the drive up window. Sorry, no pics, I forgot. read more

This was a pretty momentous occasion in my adult life as I have honestly never taken something to get dry cleaned before. Lazy? Cheap? We'll never know. I searched for dry cleaners near my work, and this one had great reviews, plus a drive through. That won me over. When I pulled up, a young lady came out rather quickly. She took down some contact information and told me my coat would be ready the next day. She was incredibly polite and helpful; I was impressed. I received a phone call early the next day to notify me that my coat would not be ready until the next day. I guess they were having some issues, but I appreciated the notice. I came the next day (not having received a call that my item was ready), around 1pm, and it still wasn't ready. I later received an email that it was ready to be picked up. So I had to make a third visit to finally pick up my coat. It appears that they did a good job on it, and it smells awesome of course. Tide is the best. The young lady who helped me when I picked it up even put it in my back seat and hung it on the hook for me! When all was said and done, the experience was good and easy. I wish I had known to expect an email when it was ready so that I didn't have to make an extra trip. But now I know for the future, and I'll definitely bring my stuff back when I need to. read more

I work unusual hours and getting to the cleaners was tough. I live the 24 hour drop-off and pick-up. I also like that they check my dress shirts for missing buttons and will see on new ones when they are needed. read more

Good customer service. I wear uniform dress shirts with epaulets for work. Tide is constantly breaking buttons and for some reason I have to ask (After being charged) to get these sewn back on. I also keep finding stains that are never addressed and fresh stains that were not on the clothing at the time of drop off. Once I was given someone else's shirt which I immediately returned and the kid working the counter would not check to see if I was charged for someone else's laundry. Unfortunately I can not recommend. read more

Tide Cleaners in Draper is exceptional! They are the only place I trust with my dry cleaning anymore. They do a great job every time, and the whole process is quick, slick and painless. Tide also happens to be the only laundry detergent I use. I grew up with Tide and am a lifer! read more

Most consistently high quality service of any cleaning company I've tried to date... delivery is awesome! I have multiple weekly deliveries as I'm always in my work garb. Their starch control, spot cleaning, attention to detail and even alterations when needed, always go above and beyond. Thanks McKayla! read more

I'll update this if I'm disappointed in the actual cleaning... but for now I'm blown away by Tide Dry Cleaners in Draper! I left early for work so that I could allow for about 15 or 20 minutes to drive here, fill out some forms, and drop off my items. But this stop only added about 3 minutes to my commute. I pulled into the valet area, someone walked outside to greet me within 10 seconds, she took the items off of my backseat hanger for me, printed my drop-off receipt, and I was on my way. It was so fast that I even asked, "Do I need to do something else?" The reply was "Nope! You'll just pay when you pick up." Because I arrived before 9AM, my items will be done by 5PM today. Love the quick drop-off time and quick turnaround time - it makes dry cleaning massively more convenient. Tide Dry Cleaners is a game changer in the industry. Tip: Register for their loyalty program online ahead of time to speed up drop-off if you're a first time customer. All you'll need to give at the location is your name. So simple! read more

I just got my dry cleaning back and it literally seems like nothing has changed. There is still a bunch of cat hair on it. Even the long strands of my wife's hair. This is the second chance we have given this place with the same result. The jacket still smells like my closet. I have experienced good dry cleaning before, this is not it. read more

I love the convince and how quickly tide has my dry cleaning done. With that said every time I get my tailored shirts back I am missing buttons. These shirts are expensive and the buttons are high end. I am now looking for a new dry cleaner. read more

I'm sitting outside of the Tide Dry Cleaners right now, on a Sunday, needing to pick my clothes up. For the third time in the past two months the "24/7" kiosk is not working and I can't pick up my clothes. There is nobody to contact, no "24/7" service phone number on their website, and no options for retrieving the clothes I need for tomorrow. The "24/7" service is the only reason I use this dry cleaner that is out of my way, but we're officially done now. If I can't rely on being able to pick up my clothes from the kiosk and have to always make sure I make it here within business hours then there is literally no other reason to use this business. Thanks Tide, it's been fun. And by fun I mean extremally frustrating and useless. read more

Tide's "pick up / drop off ATM" is amazing. What a great concept. And, I love the reminder that your clothes are ready to pick up.

I dropped off some of my WHITE comforters to tide, one down and one 100% polyester. I was able to drive up to their valet to drop off and get sent on my way. Thank goodness because I had a crying baby in the car. The gentleman that helped me quoted me 5 pm of the next day for them to be ready. The next day, I had some things that prevented me of getting it after that time so I decided to call and see if I could get it earlier. When I called, the gentleman told me that they were just folding it up and it would be ready within the hour. I headed there to pick up and it was ready and even in a nice bag for me to take home. It smells amazing and they got it so clean!!! White bed spreads are super hard to keep clean and even harder to clean if you don't have the best washer. Thanks Tide!!!! You've earned a loyal customer. read more

Although I've used many dry cleaning services over the years, I can honestly say that the Tide Dry Cleaners in Draper outshines them all (no pun intended). The staff is super friendly and always treats me with kindness and patience. General Manager Ralph consistently bends over backwards to ensure my complete satisfaction, especially with my pesky redos. If I were the owner, I wouldn't hesitate to give them all a well-deserved bonus for their outstanding customer service and hard work!!! read more

Just wanted to share a great experience at Tide Dry Cleaners in Draper today. I took a new bridal gown in that needed some spot cleaning after a bridal picture shoot in the mountains. Brenton took the time to do that while I waited and did a great job. We'll definitely take the dress there for cleaning and preservation after the big day. Thanks again to all the nice staff who helped! read more

I really like the way they dry clean but unfortunately I have had so many buttons damaged or fall off that I am tired of asking them to be more careful or fix them. I have not picked up my dry cleaning yet that I have not had a button broken or fall off. I have spoken with the manager on numerous occasions and the problem still persists. I went in last week and had the manager tell me he will fix the issue and then I picked up my items on Saturday and this morning I have already had a collar button fall off and the top button is hanging on by a thread. If it was just once it would be one thing but I have had over 20 shirts with damaged or missing buttons. read more

Staff is nice and they do solid work. The issue I have is how expensive they are. I also am not a fan of a place that won't give me the amount that I am going to be charged upon pick up whem I asked at the time of drop off. read more

It always freaks me out when going to a new dry cleaning store, because you'd never know if they would ruin your clothes until you've tried it out, or until your clothes are ruined. To be honest, I was attracted by its 50% off promotion at first, but it turned out to be a great experience. Don't worry if you aren't feeling getting out of your car and bring in your clothes because they have drive thru service (great news I know). First timer will have to fill out a form with your name, email, phone no. and your preferences on it, so that next time you visit, they will have all your info. The staff were nice and friendly. The service was quick. What impressed me most is that it usually took three days before I could pick up my clothes, but this place only needs one. I was stunned when the staff asked me if it's ok for me to pick up my clothes tomorrow (I'm sorry for my surprised expression to whoever served me that day #sorrynotsorry lol) Though they have good service, there's something I wish they can improve. Their ironing skill just wasn't as good as their service. One of my clothes had creases all over it, that really not bother me much, but still who love seeing their clothes with creases on it. Besides this, my other clothes were straight and didn't smell like chemical. read more

I love this dry cleaners! They have amazing drive through service! They cleaned my first two items for free for their grand opening. You can pick up your items 24-7! You never have to wait either! Sewed all my buttons back on and they are green friendly! Will go back here every time! read more

My absolute all time favorite place for dry cleaning! Super clean place, friendly staff and to top it off, they did an awesome job! I didn't find anything wrong with this place and not to mention the CHEAP prices! It cost $13.50 to dry clean my coat. Try them out, you will love them! read more

I want to let everyone know what an AMAZING dry cleaner Tide is. We needed some dress shirts cleaned by Saturday after having dropped the shirts off on a Friday. Due to a power outage they were not able to do this at their location in Draper. When I explained that I needed to get the shirts back then and bring them to a different cleaner as they were needed for a trip out of town on Sunday, the manager of this store took the time to take our shirts and have them cleaned at another location and hand delivered them to our home that sane day! What business goes beyond the call of duty like that!? Thank you Tide for doing such an amazing job!! I highly recommend everyone use them! read more

The is the best dry cleaner I have been to and I have been too a lot. My clothes are always clean without any spots that were missed like a lot of other cleaners I have been to. I have been to several dry cleaners in this area and my clothes never actually feel clean after. Tide in Draper is different. They always feel clean. My clothes are always ready for pick up a day or so after I drop them off. The staff is great. And I love the samples and deals. This is my go-to dry cleaner. read more

The BEST dry cleaner experiences ever. I thought that they would be similar to all the other dry cleaners that I have used over the years, but they were light years different. Quickly greeted with a friendly face, explained options and pricing, clothes were completed ahead of schedule, notified via email, etc. I have been back several times and had the same awesome experience. Tide has earned my business. I highly recommend them. read more

Took my winter coat in and a suit jacket of my husbands. They ruined my brand new coat. The fabric came out rough and the straps were broken AND there was a hole where the strap should have gone. They obviously knew this because the tie wrap was hung from the hanger instead of the straps. Then my husbands suit jacket still had the same stains... if they couldn't get the stains out, I understand but to not say anything & still charge full price.... I guess you have to fully inspect your clothes on location when picking them up. I won't ever go back. Don't go here!!!!! read more

I was so impressed with my first experience here. My husband told me the afternoon, before he was headed out of town the next morning, that he needed some of his suits dry cleaned. Searching several places before hand, couldn't find anyone who could help me in that short amount of time. I remembered Tide had just opened and hoped maybe they could help me. So glad I went there. Brenton, the GM, was absolutely wonderful to talk to and explain my dilemma. He told me he would make it happen and the items would be ready to be picked up early the next morning, leaving plenty of time for my husband to head out of town with them. Very pleased with my experience. They just gained a loyal customer, thanks to Brenton and Tide staff. read more
