Desperately seeking an open same day or next day dry cleaner, I came across one that was near my hotel in Draper, Utah. I called, and like most if not all, they were closed on Sunday. However, I left my phone number in the hope that maybe I would get a call Monday morning, then I moved on to explore what other options I had. Within just a couple of minutes, my phone rang with Rebecca cheerfully and kindly on the other end offering to be of service. She explained that if I brought my blazer in by nine in the morning, I would have it by three in the afternoon. Wow that's all I can say. What great service. I'm looking forward to meeting her, and paying what I'm sure will be a reasonable amount for such great service. Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.

I dropped off two of my husband's white dress shirts Thursday at 11:30am as a rush. The ticket says ready Friday at 5, and they said they'd call if anything was delayed. Nobody called. I went in at 5:15 and the girl at the counter told me Monday. I told her we had a gala and a funeral this weekend and needed them back ASAP. The best she could offer was having them back at this location Saturday at noon, still dirty. I asked to speak with the owner, and they got Tammi on the phone instead. I had to repeat everything from the beginning, as if the staff hadn't briefed her at all. She called it a miscommunication, said this happens maybe a couple times a year, and kept saying they're human and make mistakes. I get that, mistakes happen. The problem is how she handled it. Like dropping a flaming bag of garbage in my lap. She kept deflecting responsibility and talked over me the whole time, telling me to "be quiet and just listen." I told her more than once these shirts were for a close friend's funeral on Sunday, and she kept lecturing me about how yesterday is gone, tomorrow isn't promised, and all we have is now. Great timing to get philosophical. At the very end of the call, I asked what the "miscommunication" was, since it was a rush order with the deadline printed right on the ticket. That's when she admitted someone never put the shirts on the truck the day before, so they only went out to their Sandy location 15 minutes before I walked in. After 45 minutes at that counter, nobody had offered a credit or anything to earn back our trust. Nobody even said, "We wish we could get them back to you tonight." So I told them my husband would drive to Sandy that night and pick them up himself. He brought them home, still dirty. This is no way to run a business.

Came here on October 25th and dropped off one suit jacket. It was ready for pickup on November 30th. Not a great turnaround time. My suit jackets shoulder pads were protruding a bit. Most of the jacket fit decently, just the shoulders needed some adjustment. I tried it on when I dropped it off and the girl made some notes and felt she was clear on what was needed. She said they would need to order the shoulder pads and get them replaced. They said one week. I didn't hear anything for two weeks so I called them myself. The woman said they just ordered the shoulder pads and would take a week to get them and have them inserted. Okay...already a week overdue. 1.5 weeks go by so I called them again. No answer. I got a call back and someone said I'll need to try the jacket on before they do any work on it - 2 weeks overdue....and no call to reach out to me informing me of this information. I shouldn't have to keep calling for them to tell me they need more information - they have my telephone number. Eventually got my jacket back and fixed. Waiting over a month and no communication costed me $110. - 1 star for lack of communication - 1 star for being expensive and no discount given - 1 star for taking wayyyy too long to handle one jacket - 1 star for the overall inconvenience

When I finally received it they had sent a dress 4 sizes larger than what I ordered. I had no time to send it back for the right size so I would HAVE to have it altered. It is a floor length satin dress and the first 2 places I called said they had no time and that June is wedding season so I probably wouldn't find anywhere that could do it. That is when a friend recommend Carmen, I went and she said she could do it. The time came and it was cut close but she did an amazing job. She had to bring in the sides top to bottom and the pleated waist and bloused cowl neck need shortened and narrowed. The corset back had to be lifted since waist was shortened. She moved up the bottom loops to the top to allow the corsett to tie down the entire back. I was very pleased with the outcome and was complemented all night on how well the dress looked on me. They create miracles!!! Thank you and you will ALWAYS be where I go for my alt ration needs. Ill be sure to add photos when I get them.
