When I raised this with the owner, she claimed they would need to disassemble the entire pocket just to repair a small hole. I asked if anyone there knew how to use a needle and thread. She shrugged and said, "It's $15." No apology, no offer to correct the mistake. Now I have to take the jersey somewhere else to have the job done properly.
