When I raised this with the owner, she claimed they would need to disassemble the entire pocket just to repair a small hole. I asked if anyone there knew how to use a needle and thread. She shrugged and said, "It's $15." No apology, no offer to correct the mistake. Now I have to take the jersey somewhere else to have the job done properly. I recently had my stepfather go get a suit tailored and Saeid completely transformed his this for him. He's in his 80s and he's never had a suit tailored like that in his lifetime. I highly recommend him for his suit tailoring skills. Any comments about his store hours - I've never had an issue with this. However, he is the only one working at the shop. I just needed my wedding dress hemmed and taken in a little on the bust. My first fitting was easy and she promised I could have a second fitting in a few weeks if I called a few days ahead to remind her. I did and she assured me it would be ready to try again in a few days, but when I came in for the appointment it wasn't ready and she couldn't even find it at first (cue internal freaking out that she lost it!). The next week it was ready to try again though, and after that it went smoothly. It was around $180 which included steaming so I think it was still a good value for wedding dress alterations despite the setbacks. 5 stars for quality of alterations and 3 stars for communication and organization = 4 stars.
