So we made an appointment for exactly 1 week later, I signed the form, and she gave me the price quote. Fast forward exactly 1 week later, I arrived and my dresses were not done. In fact, there was someone else there and Yurma had forgotten about my appointment entirely. So she told me she would finish the dresses by the end of the day and call me when they were ready. Two days went by and I never received a call. So I called Yurma and she said I could come the next day they would be ready. Fortunately, my dresses were ready when I arrived but I was slightly surprised that she didn't offer some kind of discount or even an apology for being 3 days late. Yesterday I showed up at the store and they had a sign saying they were only open 3 days a week and of course their hours are set in a way that if any working person needs them they can't get anything picked up or dropped off... Today was supposed to be a open day and I showed up 4 minutes late. The little Asian woman inside kept screaming we're closed at me... 4 freaking minutes late.... I had 10 dress shirts and 5 slacks. By that number you could expect close to $60 or $70 in dry cleaning.. companies are complaining about going out of business and this STUPID girl couldn't open the door four minutes after 5 p.m.... I sent them a lot of business even after they bought out the previous dry cleaner... From here on out I will give them the most negative report and tell people to find someone else. If you care about your business going down with covid-19, it doesn't appear that way. The changes you've made in your business makes you seem like you think you're a primadonna. I will either iron my own crap or take it somewhere else..... You should close your doors. You are the WORST.. And not just because of today but the quality of work you put out in the last year... The stains on her dress, which had accumulated during a jubilant reception almost a year ago, were gone! The dress was returned, immaculately preserved, in a beautiful presentation box. While you can go inside to drop things off or set up an account, their drive-through service is perfect for jetting in and out of your errands as quickly and conveniently as possible.
