Great service. They were very fast and friendly. I really like their drive through pick up/drop off option.

I brought in a Letterman's jacket to be cleaned on Jan. 2nd. I paid for it to be cleaned and was told it should be done sometime by the next day between 5-7. Excellent. As I was about to leave, I realized I had forgotten some important cards in the pocket, and went to collect them and was told that the previous time I was given was mistaken, and it might take up to a month. Okay, a little excessive it seems but I'm not in a massive rush so no big deal. I wait a few weeks until Jan 25th, figuring what the hell if the jacket is done then awesome, and if not then, oh well, they did say it might take up to a month after all. I get told that my jacket should be done by Jan 31st. Excellent, a set day that it should be done! I come back on Feb. 1st. A day after it's supposed to be done, and barely within the 1 month mark I had been given. I am informed that the day my jacket should be done is actually going to be Feb. 4th. Okay, no big deal, a little irritating but it's just barely outside the 1 month mark and at least I can come back in a few days and my jacket will be done... Right? You'd think so, but I went back Today, Feb. 6th, supposedly 2 days after the jacket is supposed to, once again, be DONE. I am given another day to come back, this time luckily it's tomorrow. By this point though, I'm not holding my breath. Even if my jacket is the cleanest, most pristine condition when I get it back, I don't think I'll be coming back here. The extreme turnaround time is, quite frankly, ridiculous and there has been no attempt by anyone in a managerial position or higher to make things right as of yet. I can understand having a long estimate in case something goes wrong, or there are some difficulties. I have thus far been very patient, but at this point I'm starting to wonder whether I'll get my jacket back in another month, or if it will take longer than even that. Continuously going back on or after the day I have been given, and constantly being given a new date that my jacket should be done by does not inspire confidence in this location as a business, let alone as a company I'm supposed to trust with laundering something where care needs to be taken.

I told him I had a BOGO coupon but wasn't sure how it would work. He politely informed me my coupon had expired however he shared that he could check to see if there were any others currently. This is my third time using them and each time has been exceptional.

Tide Cleaning of Saratoga Springs Lost My Boss's Clothes and Tried to Silence me via Legal…read moreIntimidation. In February, my boss, who lives out of town, entrusted me to have a custom made suit, from a high-end tailor in Portland, cleaned in between his visits to our Salt Lake office. I brought the suit to Tide Cleaners in Saratoga Springs, close to where I live. All seemed to go well until my boss came back into town and informed me that the pants which had been returned to us with the suit were not his pants. The cleaner had given us the wrong pants. We brought this to the attention of the manager and they told us that the pants had probably been given over to someone else and that they would check their security footage to see if they could identify where the pants had gone. Over weeks I heard nothing and was compelled to call in again and again. Finally, I accepted them at their word that when they knew more they would call me. A full quarter of the year passed by and I didn't hear anything from them. So i called in wanting to know about the location of the pants, or if they intended to reimburse my boss for his loss. I was informed that they were under new management and that the new manager did not know about the issue. A few days later, she said that she would call the old manager and continue the search. She called back a week later claiming that she could not search for the lost pants because we had never returned the pants they had mistakenly given us. I turned in the pants last night. This morning I got a phone call from the new manager. She claimed that the pants we had returned had never been in their system. She insinuated that we were trying to scam her. We had a heated exchange about her allegations. I told her that I had lived in very rough parts of Mexico (as a volunteer teaching children gardening skills). I made it clear that if necessary I am capable of being not a very nice person, and that unless she wanted to see that side of me, she needed to either locate the pants, or compensate my employer for his loss. The next thing I know, I'm receiving a call from the Saratoga Springs police department informing me that I have been banned from the location because the manager had (falsely) accused me of threatening her. At no point in our heated exchange did I ever threaten anyone. My criminal record is clean. I have no history of violence. My mean side consists of speaking to a higher manager, filing justifiably angry reviews, submitting a report to the better business bureau, picketing the location from nearby public space with signs warning potential customers/victims of this store, taking the owner and manager to small claims court and finally if necesary, filing a report with Get Gephardt. The manager knew that she was not threatened and that I had not personally threatened her or anyone else. This was perhaps that greatest failure I have ever witnessed in customer service. What kind of coward evades their responsibility to a client by issuing a false allegation to the local police department? You can ban me from your location, but you can't stop me from using all legal means necessary to ensure that my employer either receives his pants or is compensated for his loss. You will find the pants or you will pay to have them replaced by the same custom tailor in Portland who made them.

Amazing! And the cycle was only about 30 mins. These washers use 80 plus gallons per load and wow they did a great job! They have TWO wash waters and the word on the street is no other place offers that in Utah! They also have soft water here. Everything came out looking great! It's $6 for the huge washers. They have smaller ones for $2.75 which are the same size as my Whirpool at home but they do a much better job washing because they use more water than home washing machines. I also washed SIX bathroom rugs in one of the huge washers and it worked great! The surroundings are a blast from the past, the dryers as well but man these machines work so much better than mine at home. They dried really fast. With that being said, I did take away 1 star because some of the people who go here have no decorum. I started my washer and left to run errands, and when I came back literally just 30 mins after my washer had stopped, somebody took all my clothes out of the washer and left them in a basket. Talk about invasive! That is disgusting behavior. No one should be touching other people's clothes without their permission. It's not like there were no other washers open, there are literally only 3 other washers running as I type this. I can't even bear the thought of someone else's hands touching my clothes. Learn some manners, people. It's not that hard to have some respect for other people's property! Update: Took away another star. Even the owner admitted to having his own personal clothes stolen from his laundromat. Yet, he is unwilling to do anything about it. "Wash at your risk," he says. Anyway, Oasis is down the street. A little more expensive, but they always have someone working there and no one will touch/steal your things.
