They told us they were going out of business so they couldn't do it . well, today, a month later I saw them at a neighbors house installing gutters ! Dont trust them, they will lie to you. and if they are willing to lie, who knows what kind of crappy job they do just to get the money. be warned .

I am very pleased with how they followed through. They replaced the gutters and downspouts on one side of my home with larger six-inch black gutters designed to handle heavy runoff from steep rooflines. The installation looks good, and they extended the leaf guards along the full runs beyond what we had originally discussed, adding meaningful value. The corner splash protection should also help control water in the most difficult areas. My earlier review noted that the heat tracing still needed to be reconnected. They returned, completed that work, and took care of much more than I expected. Their willingness to come back, finish the details, and do significant additional work earned my confidence and changed the experience to a five-star one. The guys did not clean up the metal shavings they left all over my yard, or the screws they dropped in my driveway. Instead of installing the flashing per the quote I was given they opted to screw through the drip edge of the roofing. Now my drip edge is full of holes, and when I put a new roof the gutters have to come off. I contacted the customer service lady and she offered 100$ discount for the damage done to my drip edge. Its going to cost about 6 times that much to deal with the mess they left come roofing season. I will never hire them again. Dont waste your time on these clowns. They also go by rgsgutters.
