I was out of town and my daughter texted me that the tech said our carpet could NOT be clean unless it received a special treatment. He said it showed (under his special light) need of heavy duty cleaning to remove pet and possibly human residue. Nothing appeared to the naked eye at all. I had to click on several documents and approve it all on my cell phone BEFORE the work could be done. I couldn't see well what I was agreeing to as we were loading a trailer and I didn't have my glasses. The tech NEVER said to our daughter, "It will be $75 per squirt." He NEVER mentioned a $ amount. We used this company for years with excellent service but NO more! It is sad to be scammed by a company we thought we could trust and thought to be reputable. The fine print even says "unguaranteed" when describing the "special" treatment! And who ever pays the total for any service - and under pressure - before it is completed? We have cats who vomit occasionally and they of course go running for the carpet whenever they need to vomit. Within a year our carpet looked pretty awful. Thanks to Tyler it now looks as good as new. His process was very thorough. The companies I have used in the past would use one basic machine and they would be in and out very quickly. Tyler really took his time and he used a few different tools and very thoroughly cleaned the pet stains.
