I wasn't expecting much because we'd had two…read morecompanies come out in the last year and would do an okay job, but it was still pretty obvious where the traffic patterns were and they both said "there wasn't much they could do" about it...our carpet was just worn out. It seemed like after the cleaning it would be dirty again within the week. It was frustrating enough that I had been talking about replacing the carpet soon. I didn't deal with the technician when he came as my husband was the one that arranged it and towards the end of the cleaning I could hear him say "You'll want to erect a statue in my name after this..." well, not quite but he went the extra mile, went over the high traffic areas a second time and I couldn't believe it when I came out of the office...our carpet literally looked new. I was afraid it was just an illusion and the wicking would start but it never did. We did have to dry the carpet with the blower the rest of the day...which he warned us about but it was just as clean when dry. I wish I had taken a before picture. It looked similar to the some of the ones posted here. I do have an after so you can see it looks new. This is a 5 year old carpet in a home with pets, teenagers and where we eat in the livingroom often along with our kids friends. High traffic with perfectly clean carpet under the furniture. Isn't clean carpets the point? I was glad that the technician cared enough about his job to do it right and it's obvious he takes pride in his work...maybe not a statue but an unexpected Yelp review might do it. :) We're planning on using them again for our 4-plex and other areas of the home.

Plus we had a cat accident that we had to get taken care of. The owner Jamie came with his son and prepped the carpets for the removal of the stains, put our furniture on blocks and protected the walls. I'd never had a carpet cleaner do that so I thought it was cool. He cleaned the carpets with this machine that looked like a floor buffer. I wish I would've grabbed some pics. The carpets dried really fast, actually they were almost dry by the time he had packed up his equipment. He did a great job on the carpets but I was worried that the stains would pop back up after the carpets dried which they kinda did but I called Jamie and he came back out and cleaned them at no charge. Again, I've never had a carpet cleaner do any of this before so I had to come on here and give him a good review. He's a quiet guy who you can tell is as honest as they come and I recommended him to my parents even.
