We had PurElements come out on an Amazon local coupon. I wasn't expecting much because we'd had two companies come out in the last year and would do an okay job, but it was still pretty obvious where the traffic patterns were and they both said "there wasn't much they could do" about it...our carpet was just worn out. It seemed like after the cleaning it would be dirty again within the week. It was frustrating enough that I had been talking about replacing the carpet soon. I didn't deal with the technician when he came as my husband was the one that arranged it and towards the end of the cleaning I could hear him say "You'll want to erect a statue in my name after this..." well, not quite but he went the extra mile, went over the high traffic areas a second time and I couldn't believe it when I came out of the office...our carpet literally looked new. I was afraid it was just an illusion and the wicking would start but it never did. We did have to dry the carpet with the blower the rest of the day...which he warned us about but it was just as clean when dry. I wish I had taken a before picture. It looked similar to the some of the ones posted here. I do have an after so you can see it looks new. This is a 5 year old carpet in a home with pets, teenagers and where we eat in the livingroom often along with our kids friends. High traffic with perfectly clean carpet under the furniture. Isn't clean carpets the point? I was glad that the technician cared enough about his job to do it right and it's obvious he takes pride in his work...maybe not a statue but an unexpected Yelp review might do it. :) We're planning on using them again for our 4-plex and other areas of the home. read more

Jerry's son Skyler did an outstanding job. Skyler was very thorough and asked our opinion a few times if it looked good. We asked to touch up on a spot though it may have just been our eyes seeing things. They have the newest and most effective equipment being one of the reasons we decided to go with them after extended research on equipment used by carpet cleaning companies. I never leave negative reviews especially on a small business but I'm so offended by my experience that I have to. My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company and the owner. We have 2 cats and a small dog so I googled and yelp reviewed to find someone and this company seemed to be a good fit. My husband and I work till 5 so he had to get off work to get there at 4 because that was there latest time. We got or couch, stairs and two area rugs cleaned and it took him 20 minutes. A professional carpet cleaning should be vacuuming and cleaning that much for at least 45 minutes. I know because I have gotten this done with a different company and that was done. After he left my husband spent 30 minutes going over the carpets grabbing clumps of hair. *pictured* there were also NEW stains on our white couch. *pictured* when we called the owner he was rude and said he does not do refunds and that he could just hang up on us if he wanted to. I am so disappointed and sad. My dad is coming into town and I wanted the house to be clean and ready and now I will he sending extra time and 175 dollars short. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

Carpets were cleaned very nicely, but the man doing the cleaning was quite pushy and did not read that I was unhappy with his demeanor. Even when I was visibly upset with him "helping" move our belongings, he continued on. I would hate to think this unprofessionalism was because I am a woman... But my husband did not receive the same treatment, so I am left with that impression. But at least our carpets are clean, I guess. read more

I called to make an appointment to have my carpets cleaned based on a groupon add. I was surprised to see the ban pull up and the owner of the company was the person cleaning my carpet today. I showed him the rooms I needed cleaning and he explained how he was going to clean them and that most of the spots cleaned be cleaned. I was pretty shocked he was able to get them clean. I had two grandkids living with me and the carpets and hall to their rooms were filthy. I was actually expecting to buy new carpet. Well now I have more life to my carpet. My wife hired PurElements to do several rooms in our house. I wasn't there at the time but when I saw the job he did I could not believe how awesome the work was. I thought for sure that the carpet in our upstairs guest room and hallway where our grandson had been staying was beyond salvageable and we were certainly going to have to replace it but it looked as good as new! We had renters in our home who "destroyed" the carpet, or so we thought. PurElements came in and said they could get the carpet at least 80% brighter than its current state, and did they ever deliver on that promise. Pet stains, gum stains, HEAVY (read: pretty disgusting) traffic stains...all of them gone. Very impressed, and definitely will call them back for regular cleanings in the future. Even better--they were in and out in an hour. I've hired other carpet cleaning companies before to clean these carpets (in much cleaner condition) and they were here for two hours on average. read more

We were going on vacation, and had some friends of ours house sit. Our friends brought over both of their dogs for the weekend. When we got back we were told by our friends that their dog had eaten some human food and it had caused her to throw up profusely all over our front room floor. They had attempted to clean it up, but there was still a really nasty smell and stain all over the floor. We called PurElements and wanted to know what they could do. They came to our house and had and cleaned our front room. These guys were very professional. Our carpets are now VERY clean and there is no more nasty smell or stain. In my opinion these guys were worth every dime. I can now actually be in my living room without being grosed out. I would also like to mention that they were on time and did not over-charge. I would definitely use these guys again. I saw a review on here about being unprofessional because she was a woman. My wife is a stay at home mom, and I work all day.
