I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning . They are so professional they wear gloves, masks & booties. We had several rooms done in our home. They were very prompt . They even called to come early. They send you a reminder text the day before. They pre treat the carpets & let that sit on the carpets for a while. They use a van mounted vacuum to clean the carpets . They are fast & efficient. The carpets look amazing & aren't that wet they dried really fast. There is no residue or soap left on the carpets & they don't use harsh chemicals . They offer a protection spray to prevent future stains. WOW! I don't think I have ever had better service before in my life. This company went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't be more grateful!! We purchased a newer home and had all of our carpets and air ducts cleaned prior to moving in. We were unaware the previous owners had pets, so we didn't buy the pet treatment initially. A few days after the cleaning, the smell of wet dogs was so strong in our home that we were at a loss. The sellers had masked the smell so well that cleaning the carpets had removed their hiding efforts and exposed the smell. We sent TruRinse an email to hire them to come back to help with the situation. Without hesitation, they immediately called and took action to remedy the situation even though it was not their fault that we didn't know how to purchase their pet treatment! Top notch service! Logan was punctual, texted before he arrived to make sure we were ready for him, and did an excellent, professional job. The prices are very reasonable and we had him clean a 5 x 7 rug at our entrance too. Overall he left three rooms, hallway, stairs and landing plus that rug spotless and in a very timely manner. I tried them this year because I had a coupon and had heard good things and we will definitely call them again. We had VCS come and clean our carpets today. We had one room that had previously been cleaned by another company. There were several stains from paints, markers etc that the kids had made, which hadn't come out. The other cleaning company said that the stains are permanent. My dog decided to pee on my carpet and rugs a few times, and then my house flooded which added to the gross smell. My apartment complex hired someone to come clean the carpets, but I think they only used water, which made it smell even worse. I heard a commercial for VCS and called right away. Kyle came today and cleaned my carpets. VCS did an amazing job and my carpets and rugs no longer smell. The price wasn't too bad either. Kyle was friendly and my carpets are finally odor free. Generally an adequate job, we had air ducts, grout, couches and carpet cleaned all in the same day which maybe stretched them a little. Air duct vent was left un-assembled and carpet still had dust imprints they didn't get out. Couches look good and they were reasonable priced. If I use them again I'll keep a closer eye on the finished product before payment. read more
