Rich is great. He really loves what he does. Very knowledgeable about all things carpet. He is extremely smart and that is seen with his cleaning tool. He customized it so its power is amazing. We have used him a several times and always surprised at what he pulls out of the carpet. We have a cat and using him every year really seems to reset the house and helps my allergies. Can't recommend him highly enough. read more

ALL THE STARS, for Rich and his amazing work. He was extremely responsive to my texts at 11:30pm on a weekend night when I was having a carpet emergency. I am extremely meticulous, and his cleaning job far and away exceeded my expectations. I had no idea that carpet that's been through a decade of renters could look new again. (White carpet no less!!) What a miracle worker. The estimate he gave me over the phone was exactly what he quoted me after walking through the house. No surprise price gouging. You will NOT find anyone doing better work, especially not at a lower price. I will be referring everyone I know to Rich and saving his contact info in my phone as a very good person to know! Thank you thank you! read more

Rich went above and beyond to give us great service, a good deal and clean carpets. He even took extra time to work on a hard stain area for quite a while. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat! read more

Rich went up and beyond. The quality of his service can't be beat! We have had our carpets cleaned in the past, but no one has come close to this quality of work. We will only have him clean our carpets in the future. read more

RICH IS THE MAN. I had some dirty carpet that needed a lot of love. In addition to some regular stains from everyday use, I've got two cats that were home alone for a week and they may or may not have taken it out on my carpet. Rich came in, diagnosed the situation, and provided me with multiple options and solutions on how to get my carpets back to new in the most effective way possible. He showed up on time, had solid equipment, and spent a thorough amount of time on five areas - all for an amazing price. The carpet smells incredibly clean, looks perfect, and I've never been so stoked on a carpet cleaner before. Rich is super friendly, knowledgeable, and provides a great service at a great price. Guaranteed you'll have a good time, and your carpet will look and smell fantastic. Thanks Rich! read more

Rich was a pleasant guy to work with! You can tell he was passionate in what he does and made sure that his work also showed it! I had him clean my boys' room which had 2 big spots of throw up that really made the room stink and unbearable to be in. The scent permeated into the hallway it was so bad. He came in, cleaned the carpet in their room, part of the hallway, and even cleaned a part of the bed (which I requested) in case of any throw up that soaked through. Would def use Rich again - the room smells clean now and grateful he was able to come within 2 days of needing his services! read more

Called on a Monday to schedule a cleaning for Wednesday. The person on the phone said they could do the job at 4:00pm. Cleaning my fathers carpets before he comes home from the hospital. I had my family at the house at 3:30 pm getting everything ready. At 4:04 pm I get a text saying "I'm running way behind." I text back "what does way behind mean?" I waited five minutes before I called the phone number 801-687-1709. The person on the phone told me they were running 40 - 45 minutes late. He wouldn't get to my house until 5 PM. That wasn't acceptable to me. I canceled the appointment. I wanted to share this experience with you. read more

We have used Rich twice now. We do a lot of Dogsitting and every time Rich cleans our carpet he pulls up tons of dog hair and it smells amazing. He takes pride in his work. Five stars! read more

I've had Chris clean our carpets a couple times now and he does a fantastic job. He's easy to contact, reliable, and provides professional service. I won't look for anyone else in the Provo/Orem area when I need a thoroughly cleaned carpet read more

We were referred to Rich by a mutual friend. So glad we were! He did a fabulous job in our home. We were convinced it was time for new carpets. After Rich finished, we realize that even after 14 years of delicate use, we still have a few more years for our floors to look great! read more

I found Rich on Thumbtack, after getting several (expensive) bids to clean a couch and love seat. He was by far the most affordable, and he got awesome ratings, and so I thought "why not??". The furniture was filthy, as I bought it for cheap off of KSL from dog owners. What he did was perform magic. They look amazing. He was here for maybe an hour and a half at most, and he transformed my $100 purchase into a $600 look. Plus, he's funny and he took care to clean up the water from the steam from the hardwood floors. THANK YOU RICH! You're the man! He's very communicative via text as well, which is super nice, and he came all the way out to Sugarhouse in Salt Lake, which was so appreciated. read more

Rich and his wife are amazing. They are kind hard working people who do an amazing job! Rich doesn't just come in and steam clean he scrubs and drys and puts real elbow grease into the entire job. Rich is a honest hard working man. I would highly recommend him for any Job. He cleaned our sectional and rug and they look amazing! The other great thing is rich came after a typical work day was over making it possible for me to be home with out taking off work. read more

Rich is fantastic! The best carpet cleaner I've ever had. Goes over and above to make sure you are happy with his service and guarantees that you'll be happy or he'll come back. Prices are very fair and well worth the excellent service that Rich provides. In fact, I usually pay him a bit more than what he asks because I feel guilty that he worked so hard. Will be using this company for ever more! Thanks Rich! read more

Rich came through for us on super short notice when another carpet cleaner canceled. Our son and daughter-in-law were returning from a honeymoon in two days, and we wanted to have their apartment looking beautiful as a surprise for them. I reached out to Rich and he agreed to come that evening to make sure that it would be dry in time. Not only was he flexible and fast, he was entertaining! He has a great sense of humor. He took the job seriously and did a great job. I would definitely use him again and again. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I got Rich's business card from a family member. On his business card his tagline is- "Insist on Rotovac!" So naturally I assumed that is what he would clean my carpets with. This is what he advertises that he cleans with. He came to my home, checked out my carpets- I showed him where the trouble spots were. He said he had a pet treatment that he would spray that he lets sit for an hour to make the pet urine liquid again so it would come out of the carpets, then he would come back to clean the carpet. 45 minutes later he came back, and at this time I had to leave for an appointment. He said he would have it all done in 15 minutes, which I thought was odd but did not have enough guts to ask at that time why it was such a quick cleaning process. When I returned home I was wildly disappointed in the carpet's level of cleanliness. It looked no different. It still had wads of cat hair in the carpet! This is after I pre-vaccumed before getting my carpets cleaned. I thought a professional cleaner (who bragged to me for a solid 5 minutes at my home all about his 5 star reviews and how he was disenchanted with them because he gets so many of them-NO JOKE) would be able to get the difficult cat hair out. So, I texted him and told him I was dissatisfied with the service he provided. I asked him what type of cleaning machine he used. He told me he used a Pro Glide Wand, not a Rotovac. He stated a Rotovac is not recommended for my type of carpet. Did he tell this to me when he checked out my carpet before he cleaned it and took my money? NO! Had he told me he wouldn't clean with a Rotovac I would have been able to ask him what else he would have used and we could have discussed our options. Instead he was sneaky and never informed me about my carpet not being suitable for Rotovac. I hired him for the purpose of using a Rotovac. So I asked him to either please come redo my carpet or I would request a refund. He said ok and we set up a date. The next day he said his machine was broken. I said ok please let me know if it is fixed in a week or I need to hire someone else. Radio silence for a week. So I text him asking for an update and he makes another date to come redo- also asking that Rotovac be used which he agreed with over text. The date comes and he shows up. I show him the cat hair that is sitting on top of the carpet (not embedded deep into the fibers) and stains and overall dinginess of the carpet. He said that the carpet looked great and that a vacuum will get up the cat hair. I said I assumed a professional cleaner would have gotten up the cat hair during a cleaning process. If his Pro Glide Wand couldn't get some cat hair off the top of my carpet, then how can I expect it cleaned anything? What did I pay him for? After googling it, I found out a Pro Glide Wand is just a vacuum! So, if it can't suck up some cat hair off the top of a carpet, then I can assume it probably did not clean anything. I showed him a stain which he dabbed at with some cleaner and a rag, then said the rest of the stain was in the carpet pad. Why did he not clean this during the cleaning I paid him for? I asked him if he was going to re-clean my carpets and he said no. I then asked for my refund and these are the literal words that came out of his mouth- "I said you could request a refund, I never said I would give it to you." I was shocked. I politely asked him to please either refund my money or clean my carpets again, and he then stated- "You are so ignorant. I am the professional here. Go ahead and sue me if you want your $150 back. Go ahead and take me to court if you want. I'm not giving you your money back or re-cleaning your carpets. Goodbye." Then he walked out of my home, slamming the door on the way out. He called me ignorant in my own home! This was my horrific experience with this man. I don't recommend him to anyone. From my experience with him he is arrogant, rude, and dishonest. Take from my true experience what you will, but I will never recommend this man Rich to clean anyone's carpets. read more

Wow! Just had Rich over today to clean our couch and help us out with some pet stains and odors in the carpet. I was really impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. He spent almost 3 hours cleaning and treating and re-cleaning and re-treating the areas where we know our dogs have gone to the bathroom. I've tried every method I could find online without success, but I'm confident he found the solution. We will definitely use him again, and recommend him to our friends and family. read more

I was in a panic and needing my carpets done within 48hrs to get moved. I had a cousin who usually professionally cleans my carpets but was out of town. I posted on Thumbtack and within 2 minutes Rich responded and came to my house 7am the following morning (Sunday) and did an amazing job on the carpets. I had called over 5 companies and they wouldn't come to my town or was two weeks out. Rich was over 30 minutes away and had no problem traveling to my home. He gave me a quick quote from the pics I showed him and when he showed up he gave me the final quote, took my card and was done in a few hours. There were previous stains from previous renters but Rich does an amazing job and he is one cool guy. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his cleaning and he is such a great person with a great attitude. Love working with people like Rich. He is fun, take any challenge and I will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Rich.. .Your the man!! read more
