I found three highly-rated carpet cleaners here in the Sandy, UT area using Yelp and passed that along to my wife for the final selection and scheduling. She picked Perfect Solution...and it really couldn't have been a better selection! Ronato arrived on time on the 27th of January in his personal pick-up truck loaded with all of the equipment he needed. I thought to myself, "Where are the large van and steam generation equipment and noisy suction pumps?" Nope...Ronato didn't need all that. So after us describing what we wanted and some of the bad spots where our two elderly Italian Greyhound had left us surprises, he got to work. I think the overall steps he took were at least five...1.) full vacuuming with one of his industrial HEPA vacuums, 2.) pre-treating some of the bad spots with an enzyme spray, 3.) working (literally scrubbing) the treatment into the carpet with what looked like a rotary floor polisher with scrubbing bristles, 4.) hand scrubbing some of the tougher spots, and then 5.) a full steam clean and extraction of all of the nasties. Frankly, Ronato busted his butt and worked hard for over three hours doing the traffic areas in our front room, family room, hallway, office, and two bedrooms (plus a small walk-in closet.) When it was all over, Perfect Solution's Jared had Ronato leave a portable fan with us that we moved around the house to aid with drying, and 24 hours later...it was done! Probably the best overall cleaning we've had ever. Kudos to Perfect Solutions and a special thanks to Ronato for hustling three hours straight to get our carpets clean. Fantastic job. Unfortunately they never showed up during the scheduled time at 10am. I called 5x, left 2 voicemails and texted and never heard back until late in the evening after I called and texted AGAIN. I really needed our carpets done before our furniture arrived and I had chosen them for their great reviews. I was offered $50 off my cleaning if I rebooked but I had waited all day for them and was very frustrated by the lack of notice or even response to my several attempts to contact them to figure out why they didn't show up. When I responded that I work during the day and could only be home around 6pm or later and asked if they could make that work to make up for them not showing up, I received no response.
