We ended up needing another tile cut, so we went back last Saturday, not realizing they don't usually offer tile cutting on Saturdays due to being busy, but they still took our tile anyway and let us know they have a few other things ahead so they would call as soon as they could cut it. I…read moreunfortunately ended up not using him originally for my bathroom remodel (I went with another person who gave me a cheaper quote and that ended up being a big mistake!), but when my remodel went south I immediately called Bryce. He was able to come in and assess the damage. He was able to remove a portion of the floor that had a "pot hole" and seamlessly add new, level tile. He got a marble polisher and polished up the floor that had been badly scratched up by the other guy. And then he re-grouted the whole floor because the other work looked so bad and had missing grout in some areas. Then he sealed it. Bryce was an absolute lifesaver. He knows his stuff when it comes to tiling and bathroom remodels. I hated my new bathroom so much before he came in and fixed the bad tile work. If you need tile work or a bathroom remodeled call Bryce! Do not do what I did!

The project was to be completed within a week by "their crew" of installers. It was not... Not only did one amateur subcontractor who did not know what he was doing but admitted that he had never installed wall tile and several other installations that were to be done in a bathroom. I contacted Paul who claimed to not know much about what was going on, since he had been on vacation in Belize. He said to contact Amy the "project manager" about the status of the job. Contacting Amy was interesting with her telling me that the project would be done in 6 days. 6 WEEKS! later it was still incomplete. The subcontractor arrived on his own schedule, which could be days apart, showing up unexpectedly and proceeded to dry cut tile, mix mortar and grout inside the home without taking any measures to control or contain the dust. The job was not only "a hack job", but he also left a significant mess, spreading dust throughout the entire house. He then claimed the work was completed when it clearly was not. We were not only left with an incomplete project but a house full mortar, grout and tile dust covering not just the floors, but everywhere the dust could float through the air and settle. RUN!!!!!
