Troy responded very quickly in setting up a time to get the carpets cleaned on a house that I just closed on. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and his guys were on time and punctual. The team even was able to get it done when no one was there and locked the door behind them. The only thing I wished they did was notify me of a stain that was in a hallway and would have called to ask if we wanted it to get deeply treated. The owners before had pets and I was worried about urine stains. Having said that I still think they deserve a 5 star but that would of taken the cake for going above and beyond. My wife called to have our carpets and a couple of couches cleaned. Pink's was able to schedule our appointment with a few days of calling. The team of two showed as expected and were very friendly and professional. They walked through their procedure and immediately got to work. I really liked how careful and respectful they were of our things. i.e. they used corner protectors on our walls in order to not scrape the corners with the hoses. I have had the difficult job of helping my daughter move from Sandy Utah to Southern California. I needed an excellent carpet cleaner who knows how to deal with rental properties that have had old carpet to begin with and had prior stains and some new ones. I used Pink's to clean my air ducts, tile floors and carpets in a house we were moving into. Upon arrival, I met Troy (in his pink Nike's) and he is immediately warm and personable. He walked through the house (talked with my toddler and showed her his pink truck) and checked everything out before getting to work. The sounds of debris coming out of the vents was incredible. You think there will just be some dust and cobwebs, but oh no, there was major dirt, hair, toys, food, and who knows what else getting sucked out (see pics). He found that our dryer vent was completely clogged and cleaned that (hello fire hazard!). I was so impressed with him that I called him back to clean my carpet and tile. Carpet cleaning was fine. There were some stains that didn't come up, and the carpet is crunchy in some areas. Tile was much cleaner (see pics) and I was amazed to see what he got out of it. There were gobs of hair he was lifting out of the grout which was disgusting. I am so glad we cleaned them. read more

Troy is the freaking man! We moved into our new house, which was COVERED in dog hair and the air ducts were full of dirt, toys, dog food, wood, and a whole bunch of other nonsense. So far I am not happy. I read all the reviews most of them raved about Pink's Carpet cleaning. We were told that the carpet cleaners and steam cleaner machines were from the van and nothing else was going to be used. Our front hose has been broken. And our water main started leaking. We think the person a young man, used our hose from the outside and broke part of it, it started leaking, so he turned the water main off. I wondered why it was turned off, after I came home, and paid the person who used the steamvac machine from Pink's. I could not use the washer or Dishwasher. Or my sinks. We discovered flooding in our basement tonight,no one told me about it. It appears the leakage was known but was forgotten about. Troy the owner, and Manager has rescheduled to clean the carpets, especially the room that was affected by the water main and the hose. I asked him to come in person this time. I would feel differently if I had been told about the flood and the hose being used, and the leaking of the hose and water main. And if it had been at least partially remedied before the service was paid for. For what I paid I was hoping no damage would be done to my home. I paid 655$ for air ducts, dryer cleaning and 2 gallons of cleaner for my carpet and the 3 rooms price. The water was clean but it got all around the room and into the hallway. We just had our main room in our basement refurbished, so that is not good. There was a lot of leftover soap from my uses of trying to clean my own carpet for over 10 years and the younger man didn't know that clogged the machine. In the hallway and some of the pretreated rooms from wear and use and pets. What the person needed to do is use rinse primarily a few times all over the carpet and then when all the soap that was already in there get out use their cleaning solution. And it would have been better the first time. There was no need to use any hose for any reason because they always had enough water with them. Just make sure you tell them what water source to use. I was hoping for better service and no equipment being Used that was not needed. The owner and Manager was kind and apologetic and really wanted to make things right and come out a.s.a.p to get the carpet fixed. He actually helped it quite a lot. I do need to find a plumber which is not fun, though. read more
